Biologically female, thinks gender is kind of silly. I am Asexual. I just like being in the same room quietly with people. But if you talk to me I make jokes.
I have a hard time opening up to people, partly because I am shy and partly because I’ve had some bad experiences the lizard part of my brain would like to avoid repeating. I do a lot of art and like to watch international and domestic animation. Avid sci-fi fan. Discovery is good Trek, DS9 is great Trek.
Sorry to be blunt:
The buddy part of cuddle buddy is important. Please do not bother messaging me if the intent isn’t to form a friendship, this a mandatory prerequisite for me to cuddle. I’m going to expect to chat for a while, then hang out, and have an actual friendship before cuddling. This makes some people offended or uncomfortable. I am not sorry to those people. There are hundreds of people on the site open for one night stand style cuddling. I am not one of them, and I am perfectly content to hold out for people who want an actual friend they can cuddle with, who will take the time to allow me to become comfortable with them. I message everyone back initially and am polite. But I won’t be polite if you’re the type who believes their needs are more important than my boundaries.
