A positive forum!

I think its time we got some positive forums going on in this place!

There are all these debates forums and talking about strict rules, regulations and security cameras, contracts, jeans and a lot of other important topics people on here but some seem to keep looping back to same issues in new forums to just talk more negativity on pros or clients about issues that have been dealt with or at least that seem to have been dealt with and its a tad overwhelming to keep up with. Plus its all just so negative to read! This should really be a place of love and acceptance, I think everyone agrees :D

And while I agree there should definitely be guide lines and clients/pros should have their preferences, maybe it would be better to keep some of those thoughts to the client/pro you are specifically interested in having a session with through messaging since so much is so subjective or a preference. (And it would be nice if we could be civil in future Debates.)

I notice its usually one pro against about 3 clients at a time trashing on her, or trying to make her feel bad by making subtle hostile remarks for something she does or doesnt do...And I don't think its very fair... Pros try to be very respectful and accommodate all of a client's needs, while sticking to their self respect and safety.... but if client's needs happen to cross a pro's boundaries, just accept that a pro has a right to do things their way (it is the service they provide after all) and move on to find a different pro, rather than get so upset over their choices...which I notice a lot of around here. Just continue with your way if you are seeking something they cannot provide to you, or if they do something you are not comfortable with. Of course we provide this service for you and your needs should be met to a certain extent that we're comfortable providing, but I feel a lot of clients are beginning to demand certain things and really take offense when things are done otherwise by pros.

But overall I just wanted to get that out of the way, and start a beautiful new forum for anyone that would like to share the kind of positive change that this site deserves.. to kind of change the mood around here :) Respect is needed around here. Pros to clients, and visa versa. :)

What is one of your favorite topics to discuss while cuddling? or what was one of your favorite cuddle moments you've had in the past and why? what made it so great? :)

One of my personal favoritest favorite moments was when a client asked me to make eye contact with him for 5 minutes at the end of a session. It totally broke me out of my shell that I didn't even know I was hiding in, and I think it was just such a surreal beautiful moment of two people looking each other in the eyes and just existing, and accepting one another for who they are. It changed me and now I can make eye contact with anyone without  feeling awkward or uncomfortable, and I felt a sense of awareness. I'd love to hear your guys' experiences! and I look forward to hopefully seeing a positive chain reaction in the responses.

  • @Brandi I completely agree with you!  I am so glad you started this thread!  I love talking about what my cuddle buddy's dreams are.  I love hearing about them and sometimes offer  encouragement and/or ideas on what they might be able to do in order to make their dreams happen. I also love being able to laugh and be sarcastic while cuddling.  That opens up a whole new level of closeness that I just love!
I also love to lightly stroke my cuddlies face until I can see their entire body relax. Being able to physically see that I am helping someone is my absolute favorite!

I love this idea, so I might as well make this my first post in the forums <3 I enjoy silly hypothetical questions or random ones that allow us to learn more about ourselves safely and peacefully. An example would be: would you choose polar bears or kiwi birds? We then make our choices and ponder over why we chose what we chose and discuss it, sometimes the reasons are silly and fun, and sometimes they give us deep insight. Overall a really pleasant, no stress experience <3 Edit: I am not a pro, I just peruse the forums and saw this one and wanted to respond...then noticed it was in the pro area... whoops!
  • @daughterwho  I don't really think it matters if you are a pro or not. If I understand it right, it's more about it just being a positive thread.  By the way, I absolutely loved your comment! LOL

@snuggle554321 Thank you very much! I enjoy seeing the profound effect gentle, unconditional touch can have on a person (including myself!). Sarcasm is always a plus as well in my opinion :) I am newer to cuddling, but in just a few simple sessions I can speak from my small experience and say it is so very healing emotionally and socially. More cuddles for everyone please heehee

@Brandi I reallllllly am awful about maintaining eye contact for more than a fraction of a second, it makes me super vulnerable and therefore anxious. I just had a similar experience rather recently and although it wasn't for nearly as long, I managed a whole 15 seconds-ish! Just that had an amazing effect on my overall positive internal thinking process! I hope to eventually have even more success much like yours!
