    We are 18hrs ahead of you so our Sunday was yesterday and today is bank holiday Monday, I got to many eggs so I will be eating chocolate for the coming year, I always take most of it up to the children's wards. Except the coffee flavored ones I have a secret stash in my office.

    "Coffee flavored" is known to me as burnt pudding flavored. Yuck! Even a hint of coffee can ruin anything for me.

    But, to each his own, I guess. You're allowed to enjoy whatever you want to. Just like opinions: everyone is allowed to have their own, even if it's wrong. lol :P

    @Dekooning. Is it New Zealand Lamb, make sure you do not overcook it, just so the juices run clear.
    Will you be doing sweet patatoes ( kumra), parsnips, carrots. a great NZ roast.

    Or did the butcher take out the hip bone and leave in the shank.

    @funandadventure No, I can't handle spicy things, either. They hurt me rather than adding flavor. I can't even eat cinnamon candies or the peppercorns in salami without pain.

    Happy Easter everyone, *big grin* i certainly enjoyed stuffing my belly with some good baked mac and cheese. Now if only i didnt have to go to work tomorrow lol

    Just had some of the best homemade food! Meatballs, hamburgers, ham, lasagna, and deviled eggs with bacon on top!! So tasty!:)
