You can take advantage of that pic to observe that tongue and a characteristic whitish or yellow like coating, lingual saburra, "could" indicate bad breath... or maybe they just ate something looked that way.

This whole thread is a whole lot of ick, commenting on what women are or are not doing with their bodies in their pictures. If you believe the picture goes against TOS by being overtly sexual, report it. If not and it's just not your cup of tea, scroll by - don't lecture ffs. They could be doing it for any number of reasons and it's frequently hard to tell intent from a single picture alone without any other context. If you believe there is enough context, as I said, report it - I do regularly because as others have mentioned this is a platonic site.
And sure, we may occasionally comment on men's appearances as well .... But the overwhelming number of conversations discussing people's appearances negatively both on this site and in our cultures in general have to do with policing women, so please don't try to pretend like it's at all an equal balance.

I mean, even if it’s meant to symbolize a woman experiencing ecstasy or pleasure, women aren’t sticking out their tongues like that when experiencing pleasure in real life, so why copy something that isn’t even true?
