Well Established Pros Banned Recently?

  • Damn, I’m curious what Tachoudh did to be banned. She seemed very professional and liked and had a ton of positive karma. I was going to book with her. That seems odd as she had been on here for years prior. Weird

  • I seem to be in the minority but I don't fully understand the stance. As long as they're not advertising and offering sexual services on this site, why does it matter what they do elsewhere? Someone else mentioned that just because someone has an OF, doesn't mean they do anything sexual.

I feel like this rule made sense a few years ago but not today. I can't say I've had interest in being a pro and I don't have any other socials. But just seeing that would make me turn the other way if I was interested.

    That's just me though 🤷‍♂️

I’d like to mention that although the post started with a few pros being mentioned as banned, the banning of pros probably isn’t as rampant as this thread may be leading people to believe. I would bet that there are far more pros being banned for attempting to cheat the site out of its cut than there are pros being banned for having an onlyfans account.

  • Since it has come up I am just going to say how I dislike how this site discriminates against sex workers. Bad behaviour needs to be called out to the light for it to go away, so I am doing it. This site also (sometimes) hides crimes against humanity and other abuse problems, though surprisingly didn't cover up child slavery when that came up.

Either people aren't reading through before commenting or something isn't clicking for them, but this is the last of repeating myself to explain again why the site doesn't allow those listed as Professionals to offer anything non-platonic both on the site or outside of it.

You can have an opinion on the matter, and people can agree with it including the Mods and site owner, but the rules of the site are clear and set to keep this site and those who offer platonic cuddling as just that, a strictly platonic environment.

    • Have an OF. Banned.
    • Sell feet pics. Banned.
    • Adult content Instagram. Banned.
    • Have a Seeking profile. Banned.
    • Make porn video. Banned.
    • Work as a stripper or escort. Banned.
    • Offer any sexual services. Banned.
  • I personally haven’t noticed the banning of any well established pros.

Like clients, just because a pro has some good karma doesn’t mean they will always be good actors. And there are so many things that could have happened, speculation won’t tell us what they did.

I also feel like banning someone just for having OF is a bit much, but this also isn’t my site that I run and I can also see the side of dissociating pros with anything non-platonic

  • @JasonCuddles crimes against humanity?

  • @JasonCuddles
If you have something to report, then do so, but the 4 reports you made 1-2 years ago have nothing to do with what you're saying. If you're going to make accusations, make a report about it instead of venting about it here.

  • This site has zero authority to dictate the lives of others, their freedoms of expression, how they socialize or associate with others outside this site. You are NOT a governing body. I’ll repeat… you have zero business determining anyone’s value or station and certainly are out of line punishing them for what they do “out there” when nothing was ever “violated” within the site. Manage the site all you want though frankly I’d hypothesize there are some lawyers who’d have something to say about the lurking in messages. There’s no quarrel with the need to protect the site in all the ways explained. This site. Within the laws & decency. But all this nonsense of doxing people and punishing them for what they choose to do with their lives? That’s wrong.

  • @teddybear888, this site is doing no such thing. It’s saying you can’t do those things AND do this thing that we host and manage.

For example (and NOT equating the two at all), I don’t allow avowed racists in my house. If you want to be a racist, that sucks but I can’t stop you. But nothing says I have to let you in.

This site is private. It can say absolutely who can or cannot come in. It has nothing to do with what they can or cannot do if they don’t try to come in.

  • @teddybear888
Just like everyone who uses the site, when creating an account, you agreed to adhere to the site terms and conditions, to follow whatever rules the site has in place. This website is a privately owned and operated business and can run that business however they want to. If the site says they don't allow sex workers, then they don't have to allow sex workers.

  • @teddybear888 sorry, the site has every right to say you can’t do that and do this just like many companies do.

  • @teddybear888 Any private organization has the right to enforce rules that participants were made aware of when joining.

  • Whoa, whoa, WHOA! Feet pics? That’s a little harsh. I thought I could possibly secure my future financially, and cuddle with my fuzzy toes. Since when do you have to be 18+ to look at feet?

  • To be clear I don't have anything against sex workers. I feel its only the cross over that creates the problem.

When client comes over and says, "well that pro let me do it" it brings up some safety issues...
I have been held down by clients who think they are entitled to other things, groped and had clients attempt to kiss me then they name a cuddler who let them have more as a reason why the sexual assault was okay.

Luckily, I have a fairly good safety protocol but it bothers me a little.

Your body. Your rules. I would like to ask that people were more careful with the correlation. If they aren't connected in any way shape or form I don't see a problem at all. That's my opinion though.

  • @netrunner - "Either people aren't reading through before commenting or something isn't clicking for them, but this is the last of repeating myself to explain again why the site doesn't allow those listed as Professionals to offer anything non-platonic both on the site or outside of it."

Not sure why you're getting all pissy. We still have a right to voice our opinion. Unless that's against the site policy too.

  • While having an opinion on personal acceptance of what others do for work is welcomed, advocating site members, specifically Pros, can do whatever they want with Clients during a session as long as the site doesn't find out will get you banned.

    @Jackson237
It's not about voicing an opinion, it's people echoing the same posts saying they don't understand why something is the way it is, why the site has specific rules when it's been explained in length multiple times by multiple people.

  • @netrunner yes, it's clearly stated in the rules why they are banned. But people can still ask why it's in the rules, right? They can bring up little nuances of rules and have an open discussion about it. This is a discussion board right?

I get being frustrated about teddybear but not everyone here has said the things he has. Some of us are actually trying to have a discussion. But it's gotten drowned out by him and the repeated posts of the rules.

  • Does the site actually say you can't have a OF when a pro joins?

  • And then there's @cuds23 who is either completely oblivious and hasn't read the thread, or just being a troll. 🤷‍♂️

  • Wait is this site about cuddling? Does it say that when you join? 😏🤷‍♂️

  • I see it in the thread, just curious if it's defined when someone signs up to be a pro?

    "Have an OF. Banned.
    Sell feet pics. Banned.
    Adult content Instagram. Banned.
    Have a Seeking profile. Banned.
    Make porn video. Banned.
Work as a stripper or escort. Banned.
    Offer any sexual services. Banned."

  • I believe @cheeseboy and @netrunner have more than adequately explained the situation their answers have been fair and reasonable

  • It would be sort of funny after all this if there were just some payment processing issues :#

  • Of all the comments, @Bella_Sera really stated the reasoning beautifully. Check it out above if you missed it (towards the middle of page one).

TLDR: IT'S A LEGAL CYA THING. Unless the mods vigorously patrol the site for anything sexual, Cuddle Comfort can be legally held responsible and even shut down due to FOSTA/SESTA.

Their hands seem tied. Knowing that, I can understand the need to be a bit draconian.

For me, Its always good to understand the REASONS behind the rules. I've never been a fan of "Rules for rule's sake". And it's good to know there is an appeals process, at least. That makes me feel a lot better.

  • @Morpheus I mean, I even know business professionals who have OF as well. It’s just getting more common these days. One of my friends who did OF has a degree in economics from Tufts and easily finds jobs in finance. She also worked as a stripper just for fun. Another girl I know worked with major tech companies in the Bay and had an OF and did streaming as well

I am not arguing that anything is or isn’t within a company’s right to police outside activity because if they make the rules, sure, they can write any rules they want. I’m saying the rules and judgements are silly and baseless.

I am a bit confused on where you’ve encountered OF girls who also did full service sex work. Considering FSSW is illegal, I have severe doubts an OF creator would want to risk getting arrested. It’s really easy to report a girl for prostitution when she has a massive online presence with OF. FSSWers are more likely utilizing discrete methods to stay safe and not go to jail.

Part of the thing with OF girls is that they are unattainable. They have armies of simps. They’re not out here sleeping with their fans. It really goes against the entire point of having an OF, which for most women is: making money off your body WITHOUT having to touch a man

  • @stormydaycuddle sorry that happened to you, but I would not blame the women at all. The men who told you that probably lied and made up stories about women who let them do more.

Even if they were honest, it’s still not the fault of those women. It’s the fault of the guy forcing himself on you.

  • To be clear, I’m pretty aggressive about making sure all my interactions remain platonic here. I chew people out who call me “beautiful” and I fully advocate that pros carry tasers or any other legal self defense weapons (as permitted in their regions and within CC rules) to defend themselves from groping. I fully support tasing creeps at every opportunity (if it is legal in your area).

And even if I started an OF tomorrow, I’d still have this stance and remain platonic here.

OF isn’t an illegal site and doesn’t endanger CC legally. Just seems like an unfair judgment of a person and viewing them rather one dimensionally.

  • Very, very well-stated, @bobadevotee

  • @PixiePassions thanks! Also love your hair
