@jubal But everything he described about her wouldn’t be the same as the events of the character took place when she was 12 years old. So why assume that she woukd be an 18+ version? Some people are describing animal characters. I am not going to assume they meant a human version.
@TheFunCartel because I give people the benefit of doubt in most cases. Exceptions made when someone (and no, I dont mean you) is being an asshole to me.
@Jubal I get it, but a quick reflection on a character that is an underage girl would give, I would hope, someone pause. I am not even saying he is a bad person because I do not know him, but a man over 50 spooning a 12 yo girl is poor optics at best. I am just saying think about it before pulling the trigger on posting something like that.
I liked that movie a lot but I also couldn’t help but cringe at a 12 yo girl navigating a world of older men who are predators (not necessarily sexually) in just about every other sense of the word.
