@xandriarain Your link is a story that is national and it appears he had an undiagnosed blood disorder—which they say is unrelated to the vaccine. So your own link undercuts your argument.

@FunCartel The blood disorder itself seems to have occurred after the vaccine, he had been healthy prior to receiving the shot. I have read other articles on this same story. You also have to remember that both Moderna and Pfizer have legal immunity for any injuries or deaths from the vaccine And we still have no idea if there are long-term side effects. It is also unknown if the vaccine just protects us from getting sick or if it actually stops us from transmitting the virus to others and it is unknown how long it lasts. If your main goal is to protect other people the vaccine may not even do that. @CuddleDuncan you may be right that the British government may not try to cover up vaccine deaths or serious complications but the US government is one of the most corrupt in the world so I wouldn’t be surprised if they already have covered several stories up and we have a much larger population so there is a greater statistical likelihood something would go wrong on this side of the pond.
I got it about three weeks ago. No issues except a sore shoulder where I got the shot for about two days. I'm scheduled to the the second shot this week.
@xandriarain yes I was very careful to be specific to the British experience because I am well aware that some things are quite different. And there are plenty of vested interests who would wish to keep such a thing quiet.
I am slightly reassured by a the following story. Once upon a time there was an office worker called Bill and another office worker called Monica. No thanks. They can keep that toxic vaccine to themselves. A few people already died or had severe reactions to it. 99.7% survival rate without treatment or an allegedly 95% effective vaccine. Take your pick but i am against genocide.
@Invisible_Touch with the greatest respect none of that is true. Nobody has died from the vaccine. Two million have died from the disease.
None of the vaccines are toxic. The ingredients are published and fairly easy for independent scientists to check.
Furthermore, severe reactions are vanishingly rare. If you inject a placebo into enough people you will get some severe reactions.
Dr, Faucci admitted that they’re not sure if the vaccine protects you against getting infected / & we would still need to continue wearing masks & social distancing ... I do however see my employer requiring it at some point or we’ll risk termination, which is when I’ll take it, for that reason alone.

As someone who has had adverse reaction to previous vaccines, As someone who is at risk, with 2 underlying conditions, As someone who has close friends on immunity suppressing medication, (1 is lung transplant, 1 is kidney transplant) and are specifically not supposed to be around vaccinated ppl (viral shedding), As someone who is the main caregiver to my 82 yr old father, I will NOT be getting the vaccine. Even if my workplace tries to enforce it.

My understanding is that the first two available vaccines in the USA are the mRNA type. Those would be Pfizer's and Moderna. Elsewhere a third, older technology version is in use concurrent with the others. Given a choice, I'd take the older technology type. Realistically, there won't be a choice.

10 serious cases of Covid-19 were observed in participants in the trial: 9 in the placebo group and 1 in the vaccine group.
The trial data has been reviewed by numerous regulatory bodies around the world.

Or for that matter, 2 world class hospitals in my city THAT SPECIFICALLY BAN PPL WHO HAVE BEEN VACCINATED from having direct contact with transplant patients. Additionally. I was a surrogate for a woman who was permanently sterilized by the anti-HCG hormone, which was stealth tested (added to vaccine without knowledge or consent) in the general population. It was administered / sold as tetanus vaccine, but was spliced with polio, and anti-HCG. This was supposed to be a 5yr birth control measure, but results leaned heavy to permanent. End result, 7-8 weeks pregnant, you spontaneously abort. She had 17 miscarriages before bringing me in, to carry.
If you don't believe me, search it yourself. Although the entire study is no longer available, many references are made to it, in many fields. "Anti-HCG tetanus 90s"
I have no blind faith in a health care system that allows for wrongful death suit amnesty, for any product.

Until data was released to FDA, Pfizer left out some details. There were subgroups, which could be subjectively placed to bolster Pfizer's claims or hurt them.
People broke protocol in first seven days (removed from study as a result) and No explanation given. A significant group had suspect test results.
A case was made BY NUMEROUS QUALIFIED RESEARCHERS, that efficacy could be as low as 19% or 29% depending on where these outliers were placed. Federal Law requires a minimum of 50% to get approval. I'll search for the link.
My pulmonary specialist, a D.O., is declining the Pfizer vaccine for now. Wants more research. The active cases were extraordinarily low, as if the group wasn't mixing much in society.
@MaullySterling not to brag but I am not really in that much danger anyway. Me taking the vaccine mostly helps you. I don't have blind faith in the system. I in fact looked this stuff up because I was concerned about it myself. Since I'm not a doctor or in the medical field I thought I would give you my source. Would me making something up make my case stronger? Also, which hosptials?

Unfortunately, there are many cases of this kind atrocity occurring, including in US prisons, and against immigrants at US border. Not in tetanus vaccines though. Maybe don't use Facebook for medical advice?

@AlfredNeuman the subtleties of employment legislation vary a lot. I suspect that an employer would find in difficult in court to insist on a techncially unapproved vaccine.
However, it will be six months and probably a year before anybody would be able to insist on it anyway, since it will take that long to get round the whole population. And that is plenty of time for a tweak in the law.
As for the research data, I would be astonished if it didn't turn out that the efficacy was less than originally claimed. But the plain fact is that we will start to get an idea in a matter of weeks. The UK is five weeks into its programme, and I reckon that after about three months the statisticians should be able to discern whether it's starting to have an effect or not.

I find it odd that you are surrounded by "at risk" loved ones and aren't taking the vaccine, my situation is similar but I reached the opposite conclusion.
My dad didn't take the virus seriously until my grandpa died.

I was almost reluctant to post because i knew this thread would devolve quickly but i figured if everyone just posted their own thoughts without attacking other peoples then everyone could just read and decide for themselves then all would be civil. Unsurprisingly I was wrong. Epoch Times is now reporting at least 55 deaths occured after people received the rushed and toxic covid vaccine. I am sorry for these people that passed and their families. Perhaps we need big pharma to create a vaccine for the vaccine.
