@Mmart Outhouse bears! More effective than exlax since 1999.
@squeakytoy π€ͺπ€ͺπ€ͺπ€ͺπππ
Every time I see a post from @Catloaf , I envision a large loaf of bread with cat parts sticking out. Kinda like Italian sausage bread, but with eyes and whiskers...
(Sorry @Catloaf . Nothing personal)
@squeakytoy how do you do a double spoiler? I tried to do it for my post but it didn't work
@BuggleBear Instead of this:
>! Single spoiler
Do this:
>! >! Double spoiler!
Result:
Double spoiler!
bear in the outhouse. That would scare the crap out of you.
@Mmart Now I know why βdoes a bear shit in the woods?β is such a perplexing question.
Ah brilliant, thank you!
@BuggleBear Happy to help! It's crossed my mind to start a thread where people can ask how to do fancy markdown stuff and I can try to help them, but I can't think of much else.
(I just tried todo lists, but it looks like CuddleComfort doesn't support that markdown )
@FunCartel LOL. I wonder if has been proven that they do, or is it just anecdotal?
@JasonCuddles Your killing me!!!!! πππ That was Awesome!!! Thank you!! ππ€
@squeakytoy Well done on this Thread!! Thank you!! π€ Best part of my day today!!
@BuggleBear Thank you for debunking that particular spider myth. I was just assuming I'd swallowed my fair share like the average human was reported to have done. I don't kill them myself. @mentor11 THAT cracked me up big, the guts into the mouth thing. That's almost as wonderful as being an idiot laughing with mouth open while riding a bike or motorcycle and eating one, which I have done on more than one occasion. Yummmm.
I'd go grizzly @valkyrievixen for sure. Maybe it's the direction I'm being approached by, I don't know. @Mmart See how much we have in common?
My comments before were in jest, but on a serious note, I have plenty of cursed thoughts. I have fairly major anxiety at times. Not wanting to go into it at present, I just felt bad about being a smart ass when others are expressing serious issues. Life is hard and it's nice to find others who understand. That's why I'm on this site.
Humour is a really common coping mechanism for a lot of people, so don't feel too bad.
I'm guilty of venting/asking for mental health support on the forum and when you're feeling that low it's hard to remember three very important things:
1) Almost nobody here is qualified to help 2) People don't owe you emotional labour 3) Most people here have their own shit to deal with
So yes, it's nice to find others that understand, but I think it's unfair and unreasonable for anyone to demand emotional labour from anyone else on the site, unless they have explicitly offered it.
It's okay, @GentleMan1111 ! I think a lot of us had a mix of goofy and serious input here, and I like the variety. You're certainly not alone in your struggles.
@mentor11 I'm so glad you're enjoying it! I'm having a blast reading everyone's responses
One of my most cursed thoughts won't affect anyone else in the way the bug thing did, but I think some people will relate to it more than they would like to.
I turn 32 this coming Tuesday and I know that's not very old but I feel like I've had the best years of my life already and I worry I'm going to die alone, unloved and miserable.
Happy birthday in advance, @BuggleBear ! I bet a lot of people can relate to that: I don't think my best years are in the past, but I definitely have doubts that I'll be able to find my person. It's challenging to find a compatible partner, isn't it? But all we can do is our best.
You don't wanna know, but I had a mini phobia for a short while that backing out of my driveway would crush newborn babies. It kind of spawned from the phobia of running over cats and dogs mixed with the recent terrifying sound of wailing babies from some TV show somebody was watching while I was falling asleep.
@davebutton Woah, that is a wild one What made it go away? Or did it just go away on its own?
@squeakytoy I could only tolerate the phobia for so long π I knew it was completely unrealistic but... I mean, somebody could leave a baby behind a car backing up... even purposefully... and there's been so many people recently who just don't watch out for cars, just walk like they're invincible, don't look when crossing,... and with a newer bigger car, visibility was less and I was already paranoid about it.
I don't know, maybe that's a schizo phobia π but my anxiety can be randomly creative.
Do you have a schizophrenia diagnosis @davebutton?
I could totally see this being OCD-related as well! But that's not a professional opinion by any stretch, I've just had some similarly bizarre OCD-related obsessions that were super unlikely, but my brain was still like, "well it COULD happen, cuz it's not 100% impossible, therefore it's a valid threat that's worth agonizing about, lel, checkmate".
@BuggleBear Just keep moving forward. You deserve lot of good things in your life. I a. betting they come your way.
Sometimes I fall down putting on my underwear. Ugh
@Mmart In Soviet Russia, drawers drop you.
Good reason to go commando
I am going to have a pair of underwear tattooed onto me. That should solve the problem.
I am udderly amazed at this thread. I will let everyone in my cownty know about this. Just because I am in the moo.
How many people a year are killed by ants but were more concerned about death by sharks
I can stomp on ants , not sharks . And ants only affect you if you have a highly allergic reaction to them . No such thing as a shark allergy. Just pointy teeth
