Encouraging Cuddlees to Touch Me

edited April 2022 in General

Interest in your opinions and experience.

Last year I had an interesting session with a client. I noticed that he laid there, gave me consent when I requested to touch him, however, never touched me back. He also never requested to touch me. At the time I thought perhaps he was tired as he did work a lot.

Now, in session, I love to be touched, caressed and squeezed. It is part of why these sessions are so beautiful, because we engage in two way touch. Unfortunately in the moment I was more concerned about my clients receiving, and not needing to give.

Later I asked if they prefer to receive touch than give? Their response was surprising. They were worried they might not touch me right or the way I wanted, and so they didn't touch me back and did not ask to touch me. It made me realize how important it is to not just give, but also request to encourage the pleasure of receiving.

With all of this said, how many of you feel you need gentle encouragement to ask to touch the practitioner or fellow cuddle enthusiast?

I know for myself when I first started to meet with pros I definitely let them take the lead with the touching. As time went on and I felt more comfortable in sessions I became more confident in my cuddling and also I believe communication is so big on both sides when it comes to touch during the session. I too really enjoy and appreciate the mutual hugging and touching and caressing and intimacy that cuddle sessions bring to both people.

  • Same here! Usually pros and some enthusiasts affectionately hold my hand and platonically move it to where they want it.

  • I like to touch and be touched and I make sure my cuddle partner knows that when we chat before the session. I also tell them that if my touch is too tight, strong, soft or whatever the case may be and they don't like it for whatever reason to please tell me and I'll adjust accordingly although that rarely happens.
I like to play with my cuddle partner's hair, stroke it, run my fingers through it, brush it if they want to but on my most recent cuddle the woman I was with told me not to play with her hair because it could cause her a head ache so I didn't and we had an awesome time. Communication is key.

  • I feel I will always start off slowly especially if it’s our first cuddle. Then I’ve had sessions where the other person right off the bat tells you everything they want. Perfect. ☺️

  • I know I’d be apprehensive as to not offend or make things uncomfortable. I think it’s been deeply engrained in me to never make women feel uncomfortable. I mean over time i think I’ll be more comfortable but initially I’d be a little (ok a lot) hesitant.

  • I do not believe this is that unusual. The OP stated this was the client’s first cuddle and most people are reticent on their first anything. For example, and my fellow military brats can attest to this—your first day at a new school when you were very young was always one spent as a quiet observer until one got the lay of the land. It is just human nature to be demure until a degree of comfort and confidence sets in.
