Hello all!
My pronouns are they/them. I consider myself to be nonbinary at my core, with genderfluid expression. (Gender is culturally defined--it's not about genitals. This is why what is considered to be "masculine" or "feminine" has shifted drastically from century to century, and from place to place.)
When I first started out as a pro on this site over three years ago, I listed nonbinary as my gender, which unfortunately was only met with confusion and questions about my genitals, so I dropped the label and didn't discuss my gender in the professional realm.
However, in the past year or so, I've had some really wonderful experiences with clients and the cuddle community in general that have encouraged me to be more open about it. I also just can't continue to masquerade as a highly feminine person when I just don't often actually feel that way...not sustainably, as much as that's more lucrative. I want us all to foster safety and authenticity with eachother.
Ultimately, I know that it's sadly still not safe in every area for every person to be out about their nontraditional gender or sexuality, but I'm hoping I can be a person who increases community awareness and contributes to a longterm increase in safety and respectful acknowledgement for everyone who falls outside of traditional and/or dominant societal norms.
For folks who are new to this and want to learn more, here's a nice introductory article that defines lots of relevant terminology:

Thanks everyone who:
-asked my pronouns (I'm totally understanding of mistakes; we're all learning)
-shared their own personal stories of gender exploration with me
-helped to foster a safer environment to start having these conversations
Big hugs to y'all from this softestcactus π€
