@sillysassy I was just thinking about this concept suggested above just yesterday. Working with the idea that I am the only person in control of and responsible for my feelings, and trying to sustain the joy and beauty I experience with others while also alone. To find the beautiful (or the joy), we must "carry it with us, or we find it not."
Its a "Positive Vibes" kind of Monday.
A friend of mine and I were talking about growing and changing throughout the years of knowing each other. All the chats through the years. All the different stages of our lives.
What we realized was that the BASE of who we are is the same as it ever was so we don't have to wonder if we will ever be OK or if we will grow apart as we grow and change. We want to love humans exactly as they are and be loved in return. Judgement free. All the rest.... Just sprinkles. Choosing kindness and acceptance rather than choosing ideas has been my motto for quite some time now.... that is what makes life worth living from my perspective.
So to all y'all out there.... needing to feel a little love.....
