Once upon a time at a user group conference, my boss might have challenged me to race through a 100 foot inflatable obstacle course. As per user group protocol, I was drunk on at least 4 drinks. I still kicked his ass and promptly went to the nearest bathroom, threw up, and went back to the party. Next year's race will be stone cold sober.

The weather here has been beautiful since Ian’s visit last week, and today was no exception.
I did a trail ride on my mountain bike, then followed a nearby paved trail over a high and steep overpass and ZOOOOOMED down the other side!
My hat blew off halfway down, but I was having so much fun that I didn’t stop for it.
I felt like I was 9 years hold—best solo time I’ve had in ages, and I’m sure I had expression of sheer joy in my face!
My neighbor gave me their pleco that outgrew their tank and I love its cute little mouth pressed against the glass. For reference the fish swimming above it are.3 inches or more. Def a big boy
We’re having another great day here. As a matter of fact, this whole summer has been great.
The fact that I finally got this picture that was taken by a newspaper journalist when I was in Norway. 😃 That's me in Norway with my hero and guitar teacher Berit Hagen aka The Commander in Chief. Seeing that guitar up close inspired me to get a similarly shaped one this year. I just have to find a way and the money to get it painted since mine is just natural wood.
That there’s apparently a meteor we missed because of the corona of the sun, and there’s a chance it might relieve me of this existence guilt-free.

I saw a dog in walmart. He was holding his leash with his mouth and looked happy. It made me smile.
Then i saw a rain cloud as I drove to my hotel and the rain chased me and as I turned into the parking lot i looked back and there was a giant, bright rainbow.

Being able to talk to 4 people I care so much about. Those connections that really matter! And then realizing that there are so many others I feel that for and I love that feeling!
I’m not 1 to ask for favors / I don’t like to bother others or become a burden at all / my back was against the wall a few days ago / I asked 5 people for help / only 4 showed up (extremely surprised at the 5th person who couldn’t find 20 minutes to Atleast talk on the phone over a 2 week period) … those other 4 people came through on the simple fact that I asked, as I’m always there and never not once ask them for anything, with their help I accomplished a very necessary goal! They have no idea what’s coming for them.
