@Melancholy - Right? I shouldn't have to look up a word to make sure there is no hidden definition of it. If they take the time to read the entire sentence, it shouldn't be hard to understand in what context that word was used.
@Melancholy & @Mike403
You now both know to be careful with the word unicorn so you don’t accidentally look like creepy predators who invade lesbian spaces looking for their own sexual gratification.
Which is great! Isn’t knowledge great? Also not looking like a creep is good too.
I’m a unicorn too. I’m literally an immortal, magical creature with horn in the middle of my forehead. But I was turned into a human by this bumbling fool Schmendrick the Magician. All of my kind have been hunted down by a fire elemental called The Red Bull and forced into the sea outside the castle of this creepy king. Anyway, times could be better.
In all honesty, I wouldn't have a positive reaction to such a message, though obviously quite a few people found it amusing, so you can take my two cents or toss it in a fountain. ⛲️😋
As some others have mentioned, I prefer someone to share about themselves or start getting to know me. I wouldn't know how to reply to that one. 🥴

Hmm, I believe a message like that could/should be sent to someone who is known and might appreciate it as being whimsy.
