I am a retired clairvoyant.
@pmvines You are so funny. And brave enough to say some things I want to but don't. Lol.
@pmvines That’s sounds promising for your colonoscopy. Regularity is job one.
@JoyfulHeart, this will tell me if you're thinking what I'm thinking!
Are there rocks ahead?
@Cuddle_RN If there are, we'll all be dead!!!

No more rhymes now, I mean it!
Anybody want a peanut?
Yay!!! I love that movie so much ❤️ Have fun storming the castle 😄
@pmvines ~ I didn't...
But I did find out the hotel I'd booked and forgot about didn't charge me even a penny!! Not sure if at some point I cancelled, or if they cancelled when I no showed, but either way ~ Yay!
I re-vamped my profile, which I've had the idea for since January. Yay! I really wish they would allow markdown, but in the meantime, I think I came up with a good way of organizing things clearly. 😊
Did my taxes...owe about 6 grand.....time to hire a CPA and see if they can help....lol. If not, no more pro cuddling for me for a while....my taxes are complicated last year because I went from being married, owing a home and having dependents in 2021 to being separated, renting and apartment and not having any dependents for 2022. Need to try to itemize deductions because the standard deduction is doing nothing for me...lol.
Some of my accomplishments would include rekindling the relationship with my oldest son, being able to keep my job and work through chronic pain, being able to sleep on my own bed instead of a hospital bed, and still being able to feed and dress myself, despite having involuntary tremors in my hands
Finished all school related requirements. Now the fun begins!
I avoided the need for a blood transfusion by not trimming my cat's nails today.
A little cold on the golf course this morning but I was just informed that I played well enough to secure a spot in next months qualifying rounds for The Super Seniors Tour. Going to the bar now.
In general, I am proud of being a social worker, and of making the recent change to go back into the hospice field. Definitely am satisfied and content with life right now.
Tulips planted and the other bulbs are starting to grow 🪴
What a lovely thread - congrats all on your achievements! And as the owner of one angry cat myself, you have my utmost respect @GreatHornedOwl 🤣
This may seem silly, but I saw a really pretty pair of earrings today, and I bought them...and put them in!
It has been over a year since I wore earrings, and I often go longer between doing so. I'm not much of a girly girl, and I was proud of myself for going after something "pretty", for a change!
They are moonstone heart studs. 😌🤍
Also, I went into a hot tub recently, which I thought I may never do, again! I may have been quite literally fully clothed, but I still made it in! 🤣
I finally started going through my old Sports card collection last night...and its a good thing that I did 😳
Finally unpacked the last few boxes from storage and donated the items not wanted or not used for many years.
I swished my shot from the bathroom three point line with no spillage. It was a magnificent yellow arc. I still got it!
I wore a tie today. Two hours of facilitating a group of 30 people in which I discovered, in no particular order, that "leadership" is a potential future ideal and a more apt description would be "adults in positions of power that have no idea what they're doing but get paid really well" or my more recent favorite is "entitled adult toddlers sans diapers, because the crap they leave is everywhere but on themselves". I've seen this movie before, and it's the same every time.
Sid running meeting +1. Sid wearing a tie +1. Sid looking dapper AF +1. Sid not caring about said leadership team +1.
@FunCartel and @pmvines - Urine trouble with the bathroom jokes. I colon you to be bladder than that.
First real job, anniversary 4/20 25 years. Sometimes i feel it’s an accomplishment some times i feel it’s a burden and sometimes i feel it’s a punishment. But hell, i did it.
Mowed the grass for the first time this spring 🙂
Held ten minutes on my stealth board (gameyourcore.com), 100 bicycle crunches etc... Started my 14 hour workday and writing a book in between.
Finally, finished this carving after several months off and on. It's one of the things that keeps me sane.
Gym session and laundry done all before 8am 😬
I'm down to 166.2 lbs. Unfortunately, had to spend a bunch of $$$ just for 2 shirts & 2 pants that fit. LOL
I finally did some self-care this week and went and seen a movie last night.
@Mman. Your carving is incredible. I give it 3 thumbs up!
