Cuddling Etiquette?

Hello everyone,

As you can see on my profile, I am brand new to this community. I found out about this site earlier in the week and I cannot overemphasize how stoked I am that this exists. I have a very strong need for physical touch and physical affection, and this need has been neglected for so long and it’s really weighing on my mental health.

I think I want to book a session with a pro to get my physical affection meter topped off, but being new to this I’m not totally sure what the etiquette is. My intentions are bona-fide, I just want a nice platonic snuggle session. Of course rule number one is no inappropriate touching and things of that nature, but beyond that should there be a boundary discussion beforehand? How can I be as respectful as possible? What about tipping? Is there anything else I need to know going into a session?

Thanks!

  • Welcome! So sweet of you to ask this. 🤗

Check out this thread for a ton of good info:

As far as boundary discussions, the Pro would generally lead that, but I love that you're already thinking about this. You may find this thread interesting (though it's also rather depressing, heh):

You are already being fabulously respectful. Keep doing what you're doing. Be respectful of Pro's' time; enthusiasts typically want to get to know you more first, while Pro's seem to prefer to collect your ID and perhaps do a confirmatory video chat, then book a session. I'm an enthusiast, and I'm here to make friends, so I would react very differently to, "Can we schedule a cuddle?" as a first message, than a Pro might. Of course, everyone is a bit different.

You never need to tip, though many Pro's appreciate it. Some feel it's a ploy to get more than platonic cuddles, so I imagine the best policy would be to ask them outright, "I loved our cuddle! Would you feel comfortable with a tip?"

Welcome, again, and I hope you have a lovely experience, here! One last note; female enthusiasts may be rare, but they're not impossible to find, so Pro's aren't your only option, especially in your area. Best of luck!

  • Welcome, I'm newer to this too. I'd suggest taking your time to find someone you hit it off with, it worked out well for me the first time because I sent several messages, each one custom to the pro from things on their profile.

Don't worry too much, your pro should walk you through this the first time. I don't tip but I do round up slightly to show my thanks or cover some fuel costs.
There's lots of support here on the boards too, which is one of the other ways to get to know lots of people.

  • Welcome, @Oxytocin4Days. With that kind of attitude, you're going to be just fine.

One thing off the top of my head, get a profile pic. It makes people feel at ease seeing who they are talking with. I've seen profiles mentioned they will not consider a person with no picture. It's a safety concern.

Otherwise, you come across as very respectful in regards to everything. Plus there's a lot of good advice here already.

    I wish you well
