If a message hasn't been responded to, then after a few days have passed, a simple "Hi. I hope you're having a good day." serves as a gentle reminder.
If it's still met with silence, then just move on. No need to get upset by it.
@TxTom ... sounds a little too logical for some 😆
@pmvines Not calling you out on anything. You are entitled to your opinion, but I was alluding to something you have said several times in the past on here—sometimes it is best to not post every thought and opinion you have in the forums. Not everyone is a villain. Not everyone is looking for someone to agree with them. Not everyone is a whiner. Not everyone wants to be fixed. Quite often people are simply looking for input on an experience they had free of judgement.
Never asked you to change your opinion. I was simply asking for a kinder approach to disagreement.
Maybe they are busy, inactive, not interested, or fake profiles. Regardless, do not waste time worrying about it. Its not just you. It happens all the time so it's best to just move on to the next to save yourself the headache of worrying about it.
.
@TxTom Yeah, I don't even do that anymore. My whole thing is that people who sign up here, know what they are signing up for. I did read on one of these forums that some people come here and treat it as a dating site, which it's not. But I've sent out at least one message, the person was active and no response.
Another person on this forum said, "if you are so busy that you took the time to create an account, then you can't be that busy to not reply. No reply is just rude. I have to agree. A simple, "no, not interested" is all it takes. And if there are guys on here who can't take no for an answer and feel that they have to argue, then maybe those people shouldn't be on here. Because all that does is causes grief for the rest of us who don't do those things.
Most people here though are out of my area, so not having the best of luck.
@CuddleGuy077 Unfortunately, they shouldn't be here doesn't prevent them from harassing people who turn them down and no one wants to go through that. Mindful of the concept of "engage and enrage," I'm sure just not responding makes sense to some people.
@CuddleGuy077 welcome to the forums! As you will discover if you hang around, we get this complaint a lot here, I mean like every week.
1) Actually, no reply is technically not rude. Your message is unsolicited and therefore a reply should not be expected. That this is a social networking site gives you the right to write, but not the right to a reply. (In the days of letters, when you had to invest money and effort in pen, paper, envelope and stamp, and make a trip to the post box, things were slightly different. But even then, an unsolicted message of one or two sentences did not demand a reply.)
2) In a busy area the average women who joins this site will receive dozens of messages a day for weeks. Nobody in the modern world has the time or energy to answer all these, not even with a copy and paste. Particularly when a significant proportion of responses will result in an abusive message, and a few with something downright scary. Quite a few new women simply leave under the volume of messages because its overwhelming: not because the messages are bad, just the sheer number of them.
3) Your profile has no photos and half a paragraph of text with an ambigous non-platonic comment (we are very vigilant on such things here). I'm afraid to say that your chances of any kind of reply from any enthusiast woman are therefore zero. I'm not being mean, that's just realistic.
And if there are guys on here who can't take no for an answer and feel that they have to argue, then maybe those people shouldn't be on here.
That is an interesting and difficult question. It is true that they shouldn't behave like that ... but I can't help feeling that they are the people who need a cuddle most of all.

I think that's good advice. I might leave it longer than a few days though, especially if the recipient is new.
Gentlemen, I don't know what the overall reply rate is in the circumstance of an enthusiast man writing to an enthsiast women, but I'm confident it is less than 5%. If you're not interested in creating a good quality profile and writing good quality messages, then don't waste your time contacting enthusiast women. If you still want a cuddle, you'll need to look to other men or professionals.

I'm a non-pro woman on this site, and here's what I look for in a first message.
This stuff does work. It's what I did, with a hundred extra tips and suggestions, and I've cuddled with about a dozen enthusiast women.
@CuddleDuncan stop lying to flatter yourself. You have only cuddled with professionals who you paid thousands of dollars (pounds in your country), no enthusiast women. Your reviews are all professionals who only did it for the money.
GR flagged. Again.
Better to pay for services from some of the amazing professionals here and have something positive to show for it (good karma) than be a pathetic example of loneliness and jealousy displaying their need for therapy, social skills, and a different hobby in such an immature fashion for the whole site to see. Just saying.
@CuddleDuncan falsely claims to have cuddled a dozen enthusiast women but his reviews are all professionals many of whom are 25+ years younger than him. He has paid so much money, thousands of dollars, to so many different professionals. Why would he do that if he was already cuddling a dozen different enthusiast women for free? He is lying to flatter himself.
