Nope, that doesn't mean with bleu cheese. 😁 It means the steak is seared super hot on the outside, but still rare throughout. SO yummy!

When I divorced back in 1999, I grew my goatee, pretty much to spite my ex-wife, who didn't like them. It's stayed ever since.
