I hope everything clears. And yeah, people need to respect boundaries. Best of luck and happy cuddles.

  • @SAMnCAT i have never heard of that with an enthusiast.

  • Sorry to hear that, your situation is sadly not too uncommon.

Best of luck avoiding the crazies

  • In your profile you do say you're a pro cuddler but you're not tagged as one, so you're likely being reported as an untagged pro

  • Oh and she’d paused again. While there are angry men here it could be other TOS issues.

  • If you truly did nothing wrong, you should put it the hands of the mods. If the claims against you are unsubstantiated, you have nothing to worry about.

  • @pmvines Good catch on her being a Faux Pro (credit to @TxTom) and mentioning why she's getting reported.

  • @SAMnCAT your account says you are a pro, yet you are not shown as one. It's a new account. You were paused. Now you are back. All pros have to accept clients I believe. What's the story ?

  • Still an untagged Pro after unpausing, double you tee eff. Reported.

  • I haven't signed up for the site in awhile, but I'm thinking the TOS or clear indication that you must be pro to charge must not be clearly stated.
Is there a section that must be read before creating a profile?
There are so many popping up lately that i tend to believe they don't know they are in violation, and maybe, just maybe the information is not clear enough that you must be a pro. Maybe the profile creation step is to early in the process, maybe a few more clicks to better inform what's going on.

  • She just signed on this month but has been a pro cuddler for 3 years. Perhaps she was a pro for another organization.

  • @BashfulLoner I could only get two steps in, and here is what you see. Obviously I didn't go further, 'cause I'm not @deathwish. 😈 But I feel like once you get past the account creation, it did talk about being a Pro that charges or an enthusiast that doesn't. But it's been two years since I signed up.

The website openly talks about making the sign-up process as fast and easy as possible. They want as many members as they can get; that's why there's no paywall. It equates to a lot of confusion and lets in a lot of people with malintent.

    @SAMnCAT
People will report accounts because someone:

    • Messaged them "hi" as the only thing in the message
    • Looked at their profile more than twice in a day
    • Didnt respond to their message even though their profile says they haven't been active in 2 years
    • Hasn't been active on the site in over 4 months
    • Is a guy messaging another guy
    • Is a guy messaging a woman (non-Pro) who listed they are only interested in talking with other women
    • Showed up in their search results who identifies as trans, non-binary,.... or who is trans and has listed themselves as woman (which they are welcome to be able to list themselves as)

While there are many more reasons which could be resolved by simply blocking the person instead of reporting, in the case of OP, your profile stated you were a Professional but you weren't registered as a Professional on the site. So someone reported your account to become on, which you did, but then you stated you no longer wanted to be one, so you're account was reverted back.
You can say you're a professional cuddler without charging, but here when you say it, because the term Professional is used for those who do charge and you weren't registered to charge site members, that's why all this happened. Hope this clears things up.

    EDIT:
I will add, if you do attempt to charge by collecting personal information to communicate outside the site, especially if you aren't a Pro, that is an immediate ban from the site.

  • You did remove the part about being a professional cuddler off your profile but your profile still kinda reads like an advertisement to be honest so that will also likely lead to you being reported as an untagged pro

  • Yes, enthusiasts (non-Pro's) do not book "sessions", they just have cuddles.

  • @SunsetSnuggles i assume there's something that might be easy to overlook. Or maybe for some reason they think the opportunity to go pro comes later in the sign up process. I think that because if it were clear and people are trying to charge without signing up, why would the announce it in the profile and or screen name. It seems someone who is trying to get by the rules they'd be a little more savvy, but i may be over estimating.

  • @BashfulLoner Yeah, new users are rife with confusion. I'd be very curious to see what the prompts are again, beyond the Create Account button.

  • @BashfulLoner @SunsetSnuggles
There's not much confusion. Seems like every time I tell someone via DM on site that I'm NOT a pro and DON'T charge, I get an auto-reminder from CC about signing up to be a pro in order to charge.
(Pretty obvious there's some key words causing automatic flags, so why not enhance these more?)
Maybe it's coded to only hit new accounts or just targeting women? Maybe the site should have a similar reminder that goes out to the guys from the same communication that they don't pay Faux Pros?

  • Yes, enthusiasts (non-Pro's) do not book "sessions", they just have cuddles.

    😁👍

@SunsetSnuggles I appreciate your comment about that, as I decided to not use the term "sessions" in my profile any more as an Enthusiast.😁
Lol! At first, I was trying to 🧠"brainstorm"🧠 for a good substitute for "sessions" and then I'm like...Ya know what, "cuddling" and/or "cuddles" is fine, as that's all it is: Cuddling!😁🫂

  • @Katota let's workshop it.....

  • edited April 2024

Enthusiasts will be reported very quickly if they are using the site to book paid sessions off-site. (This would make them an untagged pro). If they do not wish to become a pro, they cannot charge money to cuddle. A very quick glance would lead me to believe that this is what is going on..

    @BashfulLoner 😆😆😆 What are talking about?😆😆😆

    Lol! You're so silly!🤪😆

Okay, do you mean use the term "workshop" versus "sessions"?😊

  • Shhhh, folks.... Stop tagging he who shall not be named. You might summon him 😬😬😬

  • @cuddlefaery This is like Bloody Mary or Batman?

  • @Minestrone101 I would prefer Betelgeuse/Beetlejuice 😁👀

  • @Minestrone101 Eh, I'm more of a Candyman fan myself...

    😁

  • @cuddlefeary Beetlejuice is cool too!😁
