While cuddling

I see in the rules it says no cuddling nude and no kissing, but what happens when someone prefers to sleep nude or if both parties want to sleep nude to feel more free?

How does everything work with getting to know each other do you just give each other the address to meet up at or do we have to meet up in public first. Like is there a requirement of time to spend before your allowed to jump straight to cuddling at home?

Asking for boundary setting so I can better understand what my expectations should be.

The rules are as stated. If you or the person you are cuddling suggest doing so in the nude, you will most likely be banned. -JoyfulHeart

  • Why would you anticipate this, on a platonic cuddle site, where you read and agreed to TOS. It seems you’re fishing, kind of a ridiculous post imo.
(But I apologize if you really don’t understand)

Head on over to either a dating site or one for sex workers.

  • I know a lot of people know what and how the site works and choose to just not play by the rules ….. BUT ….. I really feel like a lot of the new people just do not know what the site is about or how to use it. It would be nice if there was some sort of short questionnaire when they sign up to be able to use the site. 5 questions that for them to be able to answer it shows they actually read the rules and explanation of the site.

Do y’all think this would be helpful or not make a difference?

    Just a thought

  • A brief orientation video that's stickied on all pages would surely be helpful.

Reading rules seems to be as popular as a root canal.

  • @TxTom a required view___of the video before signing on.

  • @Austin_Cuddles … I’m not trying to give you a hard time at all or call you out … just saw it as an opportunity to ask if this or something like it would help … it’s just a huge trend lately. And it could avoid many uncomfortable conversations between pros and clients as well as between enthusiasts.
But yeah go check out the stickied topics on this forum

    Exactly something like that.

  • @sage91436 and @g_w_t_w That's a really good idea, A short, fun video including the TOS/Rules that's easy to follow and that is required in order to sign up, might be very helpful. It wouldn't hurt to give it a try.

Frankly speaking, we're all adults and if we've looked around the site, we know the rules and boundaries. Yes, there may be some grey areas, but this doesn't seem to be one of them. The bottom line is that everyone (male, female, pro, non-pro) knows their own intentions and when they are pushing the boundaries and their cuddling partner will either go along or express their displeasure.

  • @BClark I have to disagree, I mean compare it to good hygiene … that should also be a thing that all adults just grasp and understand …. Yet we have constant discussions about the lack of common sense when it comes to that as well.

  • @sage91436
    You are exactly right.
The longer one is alive, (if they are paying attention) the more experience one will have in learning about other people’s strange behavior and cognitive abilities.
Just wait and see what you will eventually realize.

  • He stated he knows the rules. He is asking why does it matter if both parties agree.

It is akin to a nude beach. Just because people are nude does not equate there is anything else.

  • @magpie17201

Speaking of agreement, why is someone asking on a site where they agreed to a rule that prohibits it? It's like people agreeing to strip down at a non-nude beach.

There are rules and I have read them and agreed to them. But, why do they matter?
They must be for someone else.

  • If he’s asking, then he clearly doesn’t understand the intentions of the site,

There are rules and I have read them and agreed to them. But, why do they matter?

Short answer: because you agreed to them.

Longer answer: Cuddle Comfort needs to make it clear from a legal perspective that it is not a sw site. Many of the countries that CC operates in prohibit sw. In the USA, for example, there are laws that will hold the operator of a website responsible if any trafficking takes place on their site. (Google FOSTA-SESTA for more information on this.) When those laws were enacted, many sites in the US and other countries tightened their rules.

While CC rules existed before those particular laws, those laws illustrate just one reason why the site needs to draw a line that is very clear. The clothing rule is probably the clearest place to draw that particular line.

This is just a couple of the reasons.

    Edit:

@gem7 After I wrote this post I noticed that you edited yours, making it clearer that you're probably not asking the question yourself, but attributing it to the OP. I'm leaving my answer in case anyone passing through needs to read it.

    @JoyfulHeart Just being sarcastic

  • @gem7 I eventually figured that out. 🙂

@JoyfulHeart Thank you for your diligence in any case. You are appreciated.

OP is just a teenager. Talking about overnight cuddles, which is pricy if he doesn't find a willing enthusiast (and a nude one). This is just silly. @Austin_cuddles this is not a dating site!

This reminds me of a cuddle session where the client told me their favorite regular cuddle provider liked to cuddle topless... I was like, "why didn't you call her, then?"

  • Ok. If nude cuddling becomes a thing on here... Im Definitly going pro! Who wouldnt pay to see a panda with no fur???

  • I feel these questions are more genuine and less problematic than the hundreds of grown adults asking about boners just so they have a reason to talk about their penises and have others talk about and discuss and think about their penises.

  • @pmvines while I agree the questions are genuine it’s still clear the OP prefers something that is against TOS. So it’s still problematic.

Now I’m thinking about everyone’s penises. Dang it! :)

  • It's like a game of thrones episode . Penises and blood and dragons oh my

@sage91436 And here's the critical part of your comment, "...the lack of common sense."

  • I didn't mean to come off as looking for sex or trying to have this be a dating site, I don't want sex from anyone I'm just trying to get over a breakup, I just wanted to ask in my own words so I know what boundaries are made clear so if the person that comes over suggest to do nude then I would know what to do, instead of not knowing fully what the expectations are and possibly getting banned and not knowing why.

I am sorry for the confusion and I completely understand why this question looks like I'm just trying to get sex but trust me I'm on not, I want to wait till marriage for sex

  • @Austin_Cuddles
I understand that you're just trying to figure the site out. We try our best to self police and keep the place what it is intended for, so naturally that means a high alert to people bringing up these topics. Thanks for asking and hope that clarified things.

  • No problem, it did and I completely understand.
