I just want to point out that Pros are both men and women. I’m assuming that all Pros have access to the Pros Only forum? If so, then it’s not sexist. A reminder that this is a privately owned website and the owner makes his decision on how it’s run. The criticism of it might be affective or irrelevant. Just my opinion of course. I also noticed someone above used the word “quality” in reference to Pros, probably meaning women. To me, it references behavior.
lol. Well back to the topic: improving the site for female enthusiasts. I could message mark and ask his opinion on creating a closed invite only female enthusiast thread. This sort of thing can also be accomplished off site as well. The off site option are just less accessible to new female enthusiasts. Who knows maybe it will be considered by staff.
I appreciate the suggestion, but decided to engage whoever I want to, when and why I want to, on these forums.

I don't know about a pros only section, i know there is a professional cuddler section but can't everyone access it? At any rate the point of a place for some people to talk about others privately, while helpful, can also have its users couldn't it? I mean they could talk about boundary pushers but they could also talk about big tippers right? They could talk about smelly cuddles and extremely considerate cuddles. I do think that a section for people paying for cuddles could also be problematic, but the point I've made before is that the anonymity of this opens it up for issues no matter what. I don't know the answer obviously but if all women had a section and all men had a section that kept each other out, i mean we all know how that would go. And if the goal is to create an environment that is more welcoming for people the. You can't create anything that can foster unwelcoming behavior.
@g_w_t_w what I meant when referencing "quality" is the quality of the product the pros are selling. Often that product starts before the actual snuggle happens ie: timely response time when setting an appointment, proper communication after setting an appointment, respect for our time, proper attitude during and after the appointment. I can't speak for anyone else's experience but I've had a growing issue with this as the site become more popular and littered with pros obviously motivated by the 💰

Well I'm surprised that more issues come from that, but i hope it's valuable. I guess i heard of a discord or something where some guys are sharing info .... yikes. I guess I'll keep my opinion to myself about any of that.

This has been an issue I've encountered all too often. Poor communicators who waited to check in with them to change the time and day on you last minute multiple times. Accountabiliy should be there for both parties to promote safety and comfort leading into the cuddle.
I wonder how much the tone and content of the forums discourage new enthusiasts from staying on here. If my only experience with CC was reading the forums, I would get a very distorted picture of how all of this works.
Maybe replace the forums with tutorials on vetting, safety, boundaries, etc…

Female enthusiast here... "Female only" is VERY discriminatory, and not just toward men. Genderqueer, genderfluid, nonbinary, transgender, etc. aren't included in "female only." This site offers 20 more options than just Man and Woman. I can just see it now, all the guys identifying as females to gain access to the "female-only section." What a circus!
What’s a better way to build solidarity among female/femme enthusiasts than creating a sub-group specifically curated for them? I’d even be fine with female pros not being part of a female enthusiast space, honestly. lol. And just to clarify, I’m not trying to exclude queer folks from these spaces.
Let’s keep it real, most sexual harassment comes from a very specific type of antisocial cis straight dude, and that’s who a lot of female enthusiasts are on edge about when they join cc. Why not make it easier for them to build community and create events. I speak from experience, both as someone who was an enthusiast for a year before going pro.
There needs to be a space for femme enthusiasts to connect, show each other the ropes, and swap enthusiast-specific tips. Without that, it feels a bit like the Wild Wild West. The general forums could serve that purpose if it weren’t for the pick-me’s.

Aside from the other issues mentioned like getting bombarded when joining the site, I think another reason for the number disparity between male and female enthusiasts has to do with demand.
Whatever your personal feelings are on the so called "male loneliness epidemic", I do think it's true that women tend to have deep, long lasting friendships, at least more so than men. Friends with whom they hug, hang out with, share and connect. So even if women are single, their friendships sustain them and bring them comfort, meaning they would have no reason to use a site like this.
For men, it seems that type of close bond in their personal life is not as frequent, and missing that might be a major reason they might reach out to cuddler, beyond the obvious physical comfort cuddling provides.
As a result, there would simply be more men, and therefore male enthusiasts, looking for these types of connections, which is what we find on the site. Would love to hear others thoughts on this though!

Maybe to @lillycole's point, the fact is that just about every dating site is also primarily men, not that many women. Most of my female friends have told me they simply don't feel safe meeting someone online.
