Greetings from The Big Ben Tree at Henry Cowell Park in Felton, CA.
I hiked up to it and am currently sitting inside of the thing drinking some water, eating some trail mix I made last night, and being amazed that I have internet up in the middle of the forest where I can't hear anything but the birds, the squirrels, and the breeze through the trees.
Wonder if there are any lions eyeing me? I see their presence every time I come up here. 🐾

I just finished reading “A Tree Grows in Brooklyn.” Published in 1943 by Betty Smith. Hands down the best book I’ve ever read.
