  • Aw, that’s so nice. Yes, cuddling is very healing but mostly it takes time

  • Stress-induced cardiomyopathy

  • Heart math is real and shows the power of mind over matter showing keyways to aligning your nervous system to balance out the heart, emotions and mind.

Cuddling touches on more than just this but it is a huge part of it.

My grandparents were married over 55 years and passed within days of one another. A few farm animals also passed at this same time.

TLC is intensely powerful and healing along with a twist of being heartbreaking.

Managing the stressful doses of life is a significant key factor.

  • It happened to Carrie Fisher’s mother when Carrie Fisher died in 2016.

  • Yep. It can also happen to chimpanzees. Baby died and the mum just moped by the body until she died too.

But note that it is very rare. And doesn't happen when you've been dumped by somebody you've been going out with for 5 minutes, no matter how cute they were.

On the upside, people can obtain skills with seemingly no effort after a broken heart. My heart was broken once, and the next day I could dance like a Bomont, Utah high school student at prom.

    I could also speak Romanian.

Admittedly, all the other times it just sucked. But, I didn't die.

Takotsubo syndrome can be caused by many forms of intense physical or emotional distress. It’s most common in older women.

Adrenaline in average amounts is a vasodilator but it can become vasoconstrictive in constant high amounts. Arterial stress and adrenaline overload weakens the left ventricular wall rapidly (which causes that shape) and that can cause cardiac arrest.

Good news is, you can prevent it from doing the brunt of its harm and make a full recovery afterward.

  • Happened to my grandfather. He passed within 8 months of my grandmother. He just gave up on living. Right before he passed, he told my mom and her siblings "I'm happy, I'm going to be with her again"

  • Hi, know of a couple friends who had a parent pass away and then shortly after the second one passed away.

People will hang on or let go for many different reasons.

I can remember the day my dad passed. He stopped eating for the most part. They were gonna set him up in hospice.

My therapist had told me similar happened to her and she had told her father to visit mom and then she was fine. She said it was probably something I needed to do.

After the Home Nurse took care of setting him up for hospice and everything, she then left. It was hard to do, but I told my dad I love him. I thanked him for being there for me all these years. I said I would be OK on my own and if he needed to go That he could go see mom and my brother.

I had to go in my room after that and lay down. Within less than a half an hour he passed away. I didn’t realize how much he was hanging in there just to make sure I was OK.

Broken heartedness is not exclusive to men. Women experience as well more than people are aware apparently. I'm surviving,, thankfully not dying.
