    I truly am dense...I literally look the title at face value thinking it was a discussion about bugs under ab rock..something fun and non contriversal

  • @fluffy_gamer, not sure what you are talking about, who you think needs defending or what your moral compass is, I am not sure why you went after me.

    I am suggesting that we don't know the details of what happened, the fake media releases might motiviate you to read with more skepticism going forward.

    It is best to wait for facts instead of falling for headlines. Someone who waits to learn is far better of than someone who reacts immediately.

    Just my thoughts.

  • @dennis22554
    I always enjoy your comments!

  • @cde123 You are more than likely right. I have some highly successful type A wealthy clients and I speak with them everyday during the week and I know one thing—many rich people are self-serving and their orbit includes a lot of people who know what time it is in that galaxy. Many have trophy spouses and there is an understanding that they will be cheated on without shame but in return they will receive the lifestyle they desire for their silence and understanding. It’s very common and further proof that if you have money you can have your cake and eat it too.

  • @TheFunCartel Exactly. When I was younger I wondered why second spouses of billionaires and in general spouses of politicians seemed so underwhelming against what they could get. Then I learned it's because they're negotiating open relationships…

  • Maybe it's because I'm weird but every single behavior other humans have or do I find fascinating and view from a perspective of there are usually a million things that lead people to the moment in time we catch them in when we make a snap assessment. I see you guys are concerned with being "judgemental" on this site or being critical of people who discuss the behavior of others. I think these discussions can help shape the zeitgeist of new generations if we can do it with out getting personally invested. That's not the same as keeping your own experiences from the conversation but remember to control your emotions. Try to understand each other better. Give each other the benefit of the doubt BEFORE you rush to the judgement of bad person in your mind... That's an emotional decision. We have the ability to discuss these things without being rude or taking a tone of disgust with each other. This should be a safe space right? That's one of the things I love about this site. I read everything you guys wrote and understood and kind of agreed with everyone except the way you said things to each other.... Maybe you missed out on understanding something different perspectives. 🤷🏼‍♀️Take care y'all all had something to offer. Go back and reread it. ✌️

  • I work in a social services setting where I have the opportunity to observe the behavior of humans who are living in a stressful situation. It has taught me a lot about myself.

  • @cde123- Yup! That TOTALLY could have been "played off" as like, a work "outing", but their reactions were ALL wrong. If you go out in public- EXPECT THAT!! If you're cheating, PREPARE for that!! I don't care either way, but they deserved to be caught.

    Our opinions, speculation, and judgement don't matter. How do you people have the free time for this stuff?? Go do the dishes or vacuum out your car! 😔 There's GOTTA be something more productive "grown" adults can be doing with their time!!

    @ItsPhysics I have not hopped on this bandwagon because I don't see what there is to be so hyped about - rich people cheat on their spouses. So do poor people and people somewhere in the middle. But dismissing this as some sort of fake media thing seems to be contradicted by the fact that the company suspended both of them and he's resigned as CEO. I doubt that would happen if this was just a platonic cuddle.

    When the actual truth obtained from all individuals personally involved in the scandal that diverted attention away from ourselves and then is verified - I’m sure it will be immediately posted here on CC.
    Because there are people who stopped washing their own dishes to comment here about others needing to wash their dishes! Oh the irony.
    And of course there has never been a company that needed to prevent even a possibly false accusation just for damage control, and until the truth could be found!
    Or did that even happen? 🤔
    People are fascinating aren’t they?
    Great entertainment and diversion for a Saturday!

    😁👍

    @dennis22554 Me too! Lol 😆

    Did you see my kittens under a blanket gif? 😆

    I Googled "bugs when you lift a rock" and the kittens showed up, I thought "how adorable gonna post this" as something cute and humorous to go with the TITLE at hand...Lol 😆😂

    Then I started reading other comments and BAM now I am ALL caught up with this mess, enjoy those kittens! 😹😹😹

    They are "innocent" throughout this whole commentary! 😆😆😆😆

  • @Elrondish Thank you for acknowledging the kitties, they are adorable indeed. 😁

    Lol! They feel so outta place in this commentary now. 😹😆😹😆😹

  • @katota I thought it was an insanely clever meme 🤷🏼‍♀️ both were pretty fitting for the title.

  • @ladybug7 Appreciate you for saying that. 😁🫂

    @Katota some how i missed your kitties gif the first read through. But looking over the gifs that was one of the first ones that popped up (when i was looking for gifs to insert, i mean)😄

  • All they had to do was "no sell" it, the reaction is what got them outed and made it viral.

    CEO guy was forced to resign lol. What a gigantic mistake by him.

    @wilderdude
    And the woman who took the video said she would never have posted it if there hadn’t been the reaction.
    And then what else would people find to talk about online for days?? 😊🤗

    I wonder if they flew United to get to the concert. lol.

    For those of you who do not have Instagram. There was a song from a musical called take me along. United Airlines started using it in an ad campaign and to husbands who were flying for business to take their wife along. United sent thank you letters to all of the wives of the businessman. You can guess what happened next to some of those marriages, lol.

  • @WriterGF those early apology letters were all fake and there was so much speculation...like I said, always best to wait for the facts. No one is defending cheating, clearly the point is on cuddling and it's meaning when in a relationship, many threads on that one.

    People reading this thread that are members of this site you would think would be a bit more understanding, that is all.
