What cuddle positions are acceptable in general that would be allowed by most professionals.
The standard reference is a little book called the Cuddle Sutra. It's not very good but it's better than nothing.
However, these things are very peculiar to people and circumstances. For example, some positions simply don't really work with certain pairs of people because of the relative body shapes. If there are particular cuddle positions that you like or that interest you, discuss them with your professional in advance.
Everybody, whether professional, client or enthusiast, is entitled to refuse any cuddle position without explanation.
In most cases like this I would ask the pro or enthusiast As far as I know, there are no banned cuddle positions.
Take the time before you start to ask what they are comfortable with and your boundaries.
When I cuddle with a new person I as what they are comfortable with and may I spoon you or may I rub your shoulders, etc.
I have found people to be nervous the first time and talking it out helps. You can also ask their no touch zones or boundaries before getting started. I make it known that mine are the bikini zone.
Can’t go wrong with asking first.
I actually list the my favorite cuddling positions in my profile. Each cuddler will have what they like, don't like, and will and won't do. I often get asked about face to face cuddling which I do not particularly care for. I am very sensitive to smells and can often smell onions, coffee, cigarettes, etc. on peoples' breath. It's a pretty unpleasant and uncomfortable experience for me so I usually decline it. But some pros do not mind face to face cuddling at all. It's best to ask before and also during what is/isn't okay.
