Hello Cuddleverse
I’d like to know what is the minimum level info I can reasonably request of someone i am meeting up with.
I’m an enthusiast, not a pro, and so I always like to do a public cuddle or just a coffee hang for a first meeting. If the vibes are right, we can then cuddle at their place (I haven’t hosted yet, mostly due to my 3 needy dogs).
However, this has presented a problem for traveling cuddlers who can’t host, and also may not have the right window of time for a movie cuddle. They are used to cuddle buddies coming to their hotel room… but that just requires a new level of trust for me.
So I’d like to ask them for some proof that they are who they say they are - last name, maybe a social media profile, SSN (jk jk), or something.
I recently had been talking to someone for a few weeks, and we had set up a cuddle (at a hotel) for the one afternoon he was in town. As the day approached, I asked to speak on the phone, but he avoided it, and it made me suspicious he was perhaps married. So I asked for his last name or socials and he said we should probably just cancel.
His reasoning was that he liked to keep his cuddle life separate from his work life… I get that it’s not something everyone wants others to know, but I’d to know what (and when) you ask a shy/private person for info.
TIA cuddletown!
