I have an appointment with a cudder tomorrow. Going back to her profile, it now lists her as permanently banned. Why?? Am I in danger if I keep my appointment?? How do I find out?
I would not keep that appointment. There are a lot of reasons someone could get banned. Also if you search the forums there are many topics in this subject. I would suggest looking through them and other topics here.
I highly recommend everyone (especially new users and pros) read through the site TOS, the FAQ, the Help Center articles, the contracts for pros & clients, and all the stickied threads in the General and Pro Cuddling forums.
@rcstroll as @mauvefox said, there's a lot of reasons a pro might be banned - all it means practically for the client is that the pro broke the rules, likely more than once.
While it's unlikely a safety issue for you, I also would not continue with the session for multiple reasons:
People can and do cuddle off-site or from other sites. But if you met through this site, the expectation is the site will get their compensation from that. And part of the pro contract is a 1 year non-compete agreement, which means that should they no longer be a pro here they are not allowed to make money from clients they met here for 1 full year. If the pro is ethical, they would cancel the booking of their own accord. Going through with it opens both you and the pro up for legal actions should the site choose to enforce the contracts.
