    I have not been online area the $40 from this client I lost out of pocket note the $80 from a second one same day. Mark has not given me anything and neither have the two "clients" just to clarify. That's $120 lost because I tried to provide a much needed service and people don't appreciate it.

    Buffy, I'm not trying to be rude but sometimes I don't understand your comments in the threads. I have no idea what that last comment of yours is trying to say. This is what it says,

    I have corrected the oversight in not including compensation for the client if they prepaid for rental space. I have also added these recent updates to the Professional contract though please note that existing Pros have only e-signed the previous versions.

    At this time I don't wish to define a specific discount percentage but it would be in the interests of the Professional to retain their clients and compensate accordingly.

    Pardon typos. When I'm upset I often don't check what the auto correct does. Oops. Thanks for calling it out. I try to pride myself in  being a good writer so I apologize for confusion. Bottom line . The guys lied. Nobody has reimbursed me and sertianly neither of them. Whom I asked very kindly.

    @buffswan devil advocate tell and you won't be reimbursed by either , slim to rare chance. With apprently with new contract you should be covered as mark suggests. As mark mentioned ... the way you gonna be fulled covered as going thru site and site having some advanced payment setup where all booking are registered , anything goes pair shaped at least one.or other reembusresed till then just get the client pay for room and show proof. OR stick to client you currently have that are worth their word.
