I'm beginning to see a trend here and it's not a great one. I've had lots of message discussions with some really nice women. The males, however, are a different story entirely. Now, in day to day life I interact smoothly and get along with pretty much every guy I encounter. We share laughs, information, well wishes...….but here....not so much, so far. It seems to me that there's a bit of a bullying culture here with gay and bisexual males teaming up and ganging up on straight men.
First, one will make some kind of comment questioning a straight male's choice to cuddle/touch women but not men. Then when the straight male defends himself and his choice, other gay or bi men normally chime in supporting the person who started the conflict. I've begun looking at profiles and definitely see a pattern. Why it's allowed I have no idea. Why it's necessary I have no idea. Whatever happened to the "to each his/her own" mentality? I've learned to accept that some men want to lay down with other men a long time ago. Wasn't always that way, of course, having grown up in a lower middle class neighborhood in the 60s and 70s. But now, certainly. I mean, normally gay people aren't even on my radar these days. And now here I am trying to coexist and all I see are them picking fights. Yes....PICKING FIGHTS! Why can't you guys just cuddle each other and leave other people alone???
We've gone way past your type being ostracized from society, all the way to you seeking out others not like you to start trouble with? For years I've watched and listened to the "LGBTQ" community ask for, demand acceptance and tolerance. Well how about practicing what you preach?? Leave people who are not like you alone please!
