Karma on this site is a feedback tool offered to all it's members: pro or non pro. It's an excellent way to share publicly one's experience with a particular person: good or bad. To give genuine feedback that serves to validate someone and the time shared with him or her. It's also another form of verification of identity and character for a potential cuddler who is unsure about choosing to cuddle with someone. And it also serves to give some comfort and safety to a person about another.
And this topic has also been addressed from other perspectives before in these forums.
However, I wanted to explore more thoughtfully the following questions regarding how karma is used and perceived by different people.
Does having many people say how great their experience is with you necessarily make you an exceptional cuddler?
Does the complimentary feedback of others about their experience with a potential cuddler provide a reliable means for gauging the kind of cuddle experience one is likely to have with a potential cuddler?
Should one use one's cadre of karmas from others to advertise his or her offering to a potential cuddler?
When does highlighting one's karmas from others to potential cuddle interests cross the line from self advertising to narsisistic behavior?
Each person's experience with another is unique. The karma feature allows one to validate that experience and establish safety and relatability to others.
- However, to what extent should one use it as a tool to evaluate one's cuddling, interpersonal relations and communication skills?
In other words,
How far should one go in using karma given by others to rate oneself or another as a great, exceptional, good, weak, terrible or poor cuddler?
And should and/ or does it necessarily have to be done at the expense of or exclusion of potential cuddlers?
At least potential cuddlers who do not specifically match the qualities in picture, profile or persona that one maybe looking for.
