I am relatively awesome at hugging, although too frequently deprived. I'm very good with my hands; one of the perks of being a Writer/Editor/Story Doctor who uses the computer for 'bout near EVERYthing. (Is "keyboarding" a thing? It sounds like a sport. I'm pretty sure it's not.)

I've ghostwritten novels and script doctored screenplays for various and sundry clients, but I earned my Geek Cred by being mentioned in the foreword of TWO Star Wars novels ("Legends" now, and if you know what that means, +2 extra credit points). I've actually run two Star Wars fansites, and produced a cable movie review show for 6 years, but that was before people got paid stupid money to make videos on Youtube for doing the EXACT same thing and I'm not the LEAST BIT SALTY about that bit of historically poor timing. Can't choose when you're born, I guess.

You can tell almost everything worth knowing from someone's eyes and their touch... also whether they have empathy with dogs (yay) and/or cats (OK, I guess). The real enlightened folks can feel the energy in their fingers and palms and don't immediately roll their eyes when reading this sentence.
