Other unpopular dislikes: "Normal" people , Trends , Bass (🔊) , Toe shoes , and People who yell to talk (in public... to someone right next to them... and they aren't even mad, they're just hella loud!) , and ditto to the speaker phone one too!

@pmvines yea, I don’t like sushi. I don’t mind some rice and seaweed rolls like California rolls but sushi in general is a no-no lol. My brother and his wife are such hipster indie folk musical people. They have a few albums out of Spotify and iTunes, and they are the epitome of hipster. She plays the ukulele and is very good at it and they harmonize together while my brother issues a looper playing the guitar and keyboards. Very talented but so hipster lol

Lol and one of my fave shows is friends 😹 it’s hard for me to love Lord of the Rings just because I know that damn eagle could have easily saved them three long movies to just drop that ring in the fire. I know it’s been debunked but I still believe it could have ended in the first movie lol but then where would all the amazing fight scenes be?? 😣

@pmvines yea, I know so many people that say they have anxiety. I’m like, “ mmmm do you? Or are you just nervous about certain things now and again like a normal human being with normal feelings.?” Everyone can feel anxiety and stress over something but that doesn’t make you someone who has actual anxiety. Anxiety is so much worse than what some people think. You don’t have anxiety. You’re just nervous about your exam. Totally different. 🙄

As far as food, I can't think of much. I like what most people like. Maybe an exception is vinegar like @Zundar said, but not really sure if the majority likes it. I like pretty much all foods of other countries but when I was young, my first Korean culinary experience was Kim Chi and I hated it. Then for years thought I liked all types of food except Korean until I was convinced to try a Korean BBQ place and they brought out about 15 different things, Kim Chi amongst them. I liked 14 of them.
Now something rather less controversial. Pizza. Not a fan of it.
I dislike sentience. It's mostly problematic.

I like: Stinky cheeses, cloudy days & rain, Star Trek, books with paper pages to flip through, dark chocolate, saving recipes and never making them, making lists, cleaning with music on, with few exceptions (see ST) movies>sitcoms, dance in most forms, exercise for its anti-Depressive qualities, good coffee>fine wine, traveling to unpopular destinations, peace & quiet, crunchy foods.
Dogs. Not a big fan.

A lot of people aren't getting the original question. It's supposed to be unpopular opinions. Hating bullies or telemarketing phone calls are not unpopular opinions.
@saxman I think that people of either gender, who act more like the other gender ; tend to be rejected by mainstream of their born gender, but accepted by the other.
So tomboys are accepted by men, but often disliked by mainstream females ; while sensitive men are more accepted by mainstream females.
@MountainCuddles I feel that those practicing circumcision for non-medical reasons, should be subjected to the simple skin-cutting procedure known as a headectomy. It was very popular in Revolutionary France, as a permanent cure for most ailments.
However, it's greatest harm was probably that it gave an acceptable name to a practice on females, which is far more savage.

@geoff1000 Well, you had me at the first paragraph, but lost me at the second paragraph. Male circumcision did not give an acceptable name to the analogous practice on females. The practice on females is almost universally condemned, while the practice on males is generally either ignored or encouraged. The practice on females occurs mostly in Western Africa, and parts of South and Southeast Asia, while the practice on males is commonplace in first world nations. Nearly all societies that mutilate females also mutilate males. Egypt, Somalia, Sudan for example. They are equal opportunity genital mutilators. Yet there are international campaigns to protect the girls from genital mutilation, while the boys being subjected to genital mutilation in the same societies in which girls are mutilated are completely ignored. Male circumcision is just as serious of a human rights violation as female circumcision. It's just as savage. In fact, male genital mutilation is a much larger and more serious problem than female genital mutilation since it affects about 30% of men, while female genital mutilation affects only about 5% of women.
Um... @MountainCuddles ~ It is not even close to the same argument to be using those percentages... At least not in my view.
Males [guessing 99.999%] can still derive pleasure using their mutilated bits, where as mutilated females [again guessing 99.999%] cannot. Which is part of the reason there is less buy in about discontinuing the practice for men.
Additionally, it is my understanding that one practice came about to help prevent infections that led to bits developing gangrene and falling off, where the other is solely to remove pleasure centers because a woman who enjoys sex is a whore (or something like that).
Circumcision is not really mutilation it is removal of a layer of skin that initially was for hygiene purposes and religious/ cultural identity . Female circumcision is so much different I really don't feel I need to qualify it with an argument just hit google and educate yourself

WARNING OF GRAPHIC MEDICAL DISCUSSION AND RELIGIOUS CRITICISM
For many years, I believed that "female circumcision" was a small alteration to the female's pleasure-giving genital parts, rather than the complete removal of them as one might use a cigar-cutter to decapitate a penis. A woman who does not enjoy sex will not seek it, and hence will have no reason to be unfaithful to her husband. It would be like blinding a slave who does only physical work, so they are dependent on their master.
Male circumcision makes the penis less sensitive, which some have argued lengthens the sex process, for the benefit of the female.
The damning indictment of either practice, for me, is that it is always done ( when for religious purposes ) before the child is old enough to choose. If it were instead done on 40-year olds, by their children, as for example tattoos can only be done on those over 18 in the UK, and without pain-relief ; I expect the practice would soon die out.
While I'm condemning the Jewish faith, I may as well pitch in against the Muslims. If you don't want men looking at women, mandate that from age 18, men may only leave their home wearing a blindfold, while women lead them around and run the country ; having exactly the same effect.
Oh, and the Christians. If you don't want people to shop on a Sunday, don't ; the stores will be quieter for those who do. True adherents would reduce Covid-19 load on the healthcare system, by turning off the ventilators on Sundays ; and on Monday mornings, all the critical beds would be freed up again.
I think I've offended most major faiths, I try to be even-handed.
