I cycle between bear and dolphin, myself.
I’m a bear for its 1st and 3rd characteristics, and sometimes a lion for its 2nd characteristic, but not always. My energy level is usually steady until I reach my limit. It depends on what kind of activities I’m doing. 🐻🦁🐻
