I received an invite to join the Girl Scouts in the mail. I guess AI is gender blind. Or the Scouts sales department decided I have bought enough Thin Mints to warrant full membership. Those are the only reasons I can think of because kilts are not a good look on me.

@GreyingBear Oh my gosh, I made cupcakes today! 🧁 Never done that before. 🤭 I thought they would be awesome fresh out of the oven...mediocre. Then I tried them chilled a few hours later...amazing!! 😌
I'm visiting my step mother, who is about to start with hospice. Various health issues, and unable to speak much. However... A volunteer came by with a beautiful labradoodle, trained to visit people. The smile on my step mother's face and her happiness while petting the dog's soft curls brought brought a smile to my face as well.
I teach college courses. One of my students had an aha moment. I always like seeing that.
@TallStars That is beautiful. 🥹 My mom had a stroke a few years ago, and despite being animal-averse her entire life, suddenly now she loves dogs. When she was first in the hospital, someone brought a little therapy Dachshund through, dressed up for Christmas, and she just loved him. 😌
