@CharlieBear yeah steak n shake was the place to go around here like 20 years ago. Most that are open still really could use some upgrading. Even the ones that are open look kinda closed!😮
@JWestfall thank you for kind comments! I thought Ohio did pretty good dealing with this. Some heavy traffic was only complaints I heard. Even the media around here was going on about how everyone got together and was unified. on a positive situation.🤗
I can definitely see myself traveling somewhere else to see 100% totality somewhere. It is a one of a kind thing!!

The drive back to Kansas from Arkansas was grueling, but the trip was well worth it. A once in my lifetime experience. So happy I did the road trip with my kid, and I hope for him, it is the first of many total eclipses.
Made the 5ish hour drive to Arkansas. It was absolutely worth it.

Do you folks know how solar eclipse works? Most mainstream got it all wrong.
Here is how a solar eclipse actually works: the Sun gets mooned, The Mother Earth allows the Moon to do it, but off her surface.😉
@TxTom not really, my equipment is intermediate at best. I’m surprised I got that kind of clarity from 200mm. Working with a Sony a7iii. I’ll take it. Leagues better than I captured in 2017, but not as great as others in my field got.
