Funny how sometimes we have a strong ability to find goodness all around but struggle to see the beautiful within? YAY that you are on a new path and still interested in learning!!! I love that! Its not always easy to change our patterns or bad behavior but WOW what waits on the other side is AMAZING!!!

@quixotic_life i really appreciate the breakdown in the spoiler. So true about what a smile can do. JUST A SMILE!!! It also keeps those cheek muscles tight instead of all wrinkly and sad from frowning. Laughter uses up so many calories too!!! This way we won’t be like those grumpy old men! 😂😂😂
Always share your smile & be kind! You have no clue what that person is struggling with and maybe your act of kindness is the thing they are looking for to change their day! And also give compliments freely 🤩🤩

Wow..... Everyday we can focus on the ugliness and add more of that or we can focus on some ways to add kindness and joy to the mix. We can't get rid of the ick but we can sure use love to help heal the wounds. A wise one posted in another thread.... We are all in this as humans.
