ANYTHING that has that "baby baby baby" or "I'm so desperate and lonely" vibe. It's odd that some fellows think that expressing how desperate and lonely they are is a motivating factor for us to want to cuddle with them. I don't mind if someone feels desperate and lonely, as long as they have it well in hand and aren't leading with it or letting it dominate the cuddling relationship.
