  • @Sheena123 thanks you that's all I can do is just improve and this is actually my first time actually raging on the site usually I wouldn't care if I get rejected

  • @achetocuddle i know that your woman not a guy lol yeah trying play the catch-up game was pretty intense work

  • @Mike403 I make sure that I do better with my grammar and make sure I use period

  • @Happyninja Dude, I was an English major in college, but I'm not picky about informal grammar. However, I do find it super hilarious that you're responding to people about how you promise to punctuate... without punctuating! Lol Sorry, this has been one of the funniest things I've seen today, but I'm glad you've been a good sport and bachatero through this process.

  • @cylee1180 I was also amused by the continuing lack of punctuation and GRAMMAR. He is working, so probably could not take time or effort to slow down even if he wanted to. And @Happyninja has been a good sport. And most women like good sports.

  • He probably has Pacman as a pet.

  • @Mike403 I'm laughing so hard I'm about to lose it.

  • @achetocuddle I could use the laugh! I hope he keeps doing it. Lol

  • I don't get tired of Mike's humor, style, or intelligence @cylee1180 . Trying desperately to think of something for your dark, sarcastic thread. That is right down my alley.

  • @achetocuddle yeah it's hard to think of...I think usually it's situational or spontaneous as opposed to memorized... but I'm ready to get a dark laugh in there.

  • All. You've given @Happyninja a lot of feedback and commentary. This is not whack-an-OP thread.

@CuddleWho - personal mileage varies. No, "most men on this site are rejected by almost every woman they message." Maybe for you - but no, not all or even most men on here. #Facts

@Mike403 - when in doubt if something is sarcasm or personal attacks, sometimes silence is the best option.

  • @Mike403 i got mrs pacman as a pet😆

  • @Happyninja don’t take it personal, every human on earth get rejected many times, man/lady no one will always accept the way we are, some people will like us, others won’t and you know what? It is OK
I will send you a friend request please accept if you like my profile, next time I am down in San Diego I will cuddle with you, if you like me 😉 and though a Pro. I won’t charge ya, so you always remember people are different and that’s our beauty…Happy Monday 🤗🥰🦋🌈🌻🧸

  • @bigbeauty you are incredible, and it's clear you have a big heart too.

  • @bigbeauty I sent you a friend request

  • Mrs Pac-Man? Does she cuddle? Asking for a friend.

  • @handy_celtic nope i don't have a pet

  • @Sideon Thank you.

  • @Happyninja , I’m surprised no one has yet suggested this link, “How I found happiness on Cuddle Comfort”

Some things to be aware of: The ration of men to women on this site is approximately 4:1. Of the women on this site, many are inactive and many are pros. A lot of women enthusiasts (non-pros) are reluctant to cuddle with men they don’t know. That puts men at a huge disadvantage. Even connecting with pros can be a challenge because many are not that active and of those who are, this is usually a side gig they do outside of their normal job and life responsibilities.

I’d suggest reading those links I posted. As for finding cuddlers, look for folks who have been active recently. Put some thought into your messages to them. Read their profile. Comment on it. Ask them relative questions. In other words, take some time to try to get to know them. Don’t jump right into cuddling. Think about booking an appointment with a pro. Again, look for someone who has been active recently and has some karma, you’re more likely to get a response. Read their profile. Pay attention if they have any requests about what information they would like from you in an initial message.

Good luck. The idea of finding a cuddle buddy is great, in practice it’s not always so easy. It takes time and patience.

  • @Sideon you are right. @Happyninja perhaps I was harsh with my sentiment towards you . If I hurt your feelings or made you feel some kind of way then I apologize

“A quarter after what an unearthly hour I suppose theyre just getting up in China now combing out their pigtails for the day well soon have the nuns ringing the angelus theyve nobody coming in to spoil their sleep except an odd priest or two for his night office or the alarmlock next door at cockshout clattering the brain out of itself let me see if I can doze off 1 2 3 4 5 what kind of flowers are those they invented like the stars the wallpaper in Lombard street was much nicer the apron he gave me was like that something only I only wore it twice better lower this lamp and try again so that I can get up early.” (1922, rpt. Harmondsworth: Penguin, 1986, p. 642).

  • @Babichev - You said "A lot of women enthusiasts (non-pros) are reluctant to cuddle with men they don’t know." If my experience is typical, many of them also appear to be reluctant to respond to a message from someone they don't know. This sounds a bit like "Catch 22." How then, do they ever get to know someone. Or, to rephrase the question to ask what I really want to know (and probably what the OP wants to know), How do I get them to know me? So far, nothing much seems to be working.

  • @Happyninja You have Mrs. Pacman as a pet. That's funny. You were talking about liking to dance it out. If you saw me dance it out, we would both be laughing. Have a good week and keep working hard and laughing all the way to the bank and the dance floor.

@Sideon - this isn't the first time you've contradicted me by making a claim that seems to be completely contrary to all available information. Not to mention common sense.

So let's hear it. Really. Enlighten me, since you apparently have some insider information the rest of us don't. How often does a man reaching out to a woman actually lead to a cuddle?

I just did a quick count in my area. Within 50 miles of me, counting people who've been online in the last week, there are 24 nonpro women who cuddle men. There are 410 nonpro men who cuddle women who've been online in the last week. So if those 410 men aren't getting mostly rejections, exactly how does it work? Is each woman cuddling 20+ different men? When a woman gets several dozen messages in her inbox days after she signs up... Does she wind up cuddling with most of them? Or what? Really, I'd love to know, if most men aren't mostly getting rejected, how does this work even on a simple numerical level?

  • Pre-pandemic back in Philly there was contra dancing. The ratio of male-to-female was not far from 50/50 but it usually tilted >1. A certain clique of guys were ambiguously dressed for the purpose of dancing the female role. After all, it was just dancing. Everybody therefore got a chance. I don't suppose that same attitude would take hold here. If I could overcome myself, I would not only cuddle more but save a ton of money and gas.

  • Yeah, if all those men are getting cuddles, there must be something wrong with us that aren't. It was more comforting to know that rejection is the norm.

  • If you text like this regularly, I have a suggestion which you don't have to take.

If you are going to use voice input, it is vital that you double check what you're sending before you send it.

A few short messages are usually better received than a single long message. If you break up the content into different messages, it accomplishes what everyone asks for with the periods, without needing to backtrack and do grammar fixes.

On an old school forum like this, the double enter does the same thing, but again, smaller messages are better than long ones.

I am long-winded as heck, so something I try to do is make sure to start a message to someone I haven't talked to with a short specific compliment (IE instead of "you're hot" saying "I really like your hair, blue is a hard color to pull off and you did it!")

Then, after a response or a full 24 hours, whichever comes first, ask a question pertinent to what I want without dumping a ton of text: "I didn't see anything about overnights, but that's something I am looking for. Do you think you would be up to that if we got to know each other better first?" Or "I like to cook when I host. Would you be ok with me making you a meal? If so, would you like to help?"

If no response, I do nothing and let them message back whenever, move on. I know this is a lot, thank you for being patient with me and I hope it helped at least a little.

  • @CuddleWho - your complaints are tiresome. YOUR mileage may vary. Paint a broad swath and insist that MOST men are rejected and I'll gainsay you every time. If you're not successful, it doesn't mean other men aren't. You have no idea what messages, what responses, what cuddles or not others are experiencing. Karma isn't the only metric here.

If guys want to message anyone and everyone, let them. It's not up to you to piss on their parade. You worry about you.

  • So glad @PantSeatPilot offered this. I would imagine the old school forum, etc. is not easy for some of the younger people to adjust to.

Yes, I know I just ended the previous sentence with a preposition. Lol. And PantSeatPilot's blue hair remark is hilarious.
It's good to know if I start using a blue rinse on my hair I might get a polite message like this. LOL.

  • @pmvines I accept your apologies☺
