Good morning you beautiful humans!!! We here in CO have had unseasonable rainy months.... but now.... The SUNSHINE has arrived. No thing or weather pattern is perfect for everyone but the beauty is around even in the dusty corners. Even though we live in different parts of the universe, I feel we can relate to the ebb and flow of the seasons and the sun and the moon who keep doing what they do every day... without fail. So many positive things to think about.
Sometimes I wonder if people have a desire to focus on the negative things in life.
I was doing some neurosciency type research and was amazed that our brains can only remember TEN PERCENT of what we perceive every day.
Depending on what you choose to focus on that day, your brain spends time keeping/discarding info to make up the 10% that goes into your short term/long term memory.
What I realized is that just by redirecting my brains a little, I can actually have a “different” awareness of a day….. for better or for worse. (Even if the events of the day were EXACTLY THE SAME.)
For me….. I want to focus of the positivity that I interact with everyday. I know it’s not for everyone… but I choose joy. 😊

It’s Friday again and I’m listening to Norah Jones who is one of my favorite “Positive Vibe” voices. So chill and lovely.
I’m just thinking about how much my life has changed since joining this community. There has been many a conversation about how fabulous it is to have a group of people who are interested in a similar idea which is sort of “off the traditional path”
