Feeling really down lately because of so many upcoming changes, won’t be cuddling for a while and comments/judging. Being called old lady a few times lately kind of feels weird. It’s a process to become accepting of who we are.
When I come back to the US will I be too old Cuddle? but I’ll admit AI kind of make you feel good about yourself.
@g_w_t_w Don’t be too hard on yourself. Looks aren’t everything I know as humans we can be very visual, but there’s a lot more to a person than just looks.
@g_w_t_w I'm gonna echo Tauros and say it's all about who you are inside. However, just to clarify I see nothing wrong with how you look. Let's put it this way...if I looked exactly like you without the filter, I wouldn't be upset about it...if that helps any (I'm not claiming you are upset about it). Old is a subjective term. I once thought 30 was old...then as I approached it, that was no longer the case. So fine, if someone calls you old, that is just their opinion. I call myself old, and trust me, I don't think it's a bad place to be. With age comes experience and wisdom, so we got the leg up on these younguns.
@g_w_t_w You are not an old lady , as somebody has falsely claimed. You are more youthful in spirit and appearance than many people who would be considered young. There are a lot of assholes on this site who like to pick and peck and poke at people because they have an agenda. It's an ego stroke and something that people with no life or nothing actually positive and appealing about themselves for others to see, so they rely on making others look negative. Try to not let puny people impact your self esteem or self worth. Don't step in their slime . You're above them and you're better than that .
I appreciate your comments. Maybe it’s an identity crisis. Lately I feel I was so much more accepting of myself before the internet because we didn’t really always know what others were thinking, especially not complete strangers who we would likely never meet. Most of you know what I mean?
