About me
3-22-2026 : Hi, Friends! I’m currently pausing touch therapy services as I move through a divorce and navigate complex mental health circumstances within my household. This work deserves my full presence, and I’ll return when I’m able to show up grounded and fully resourced. Thank you for your understanding ✨
PS : I’m going to be real for a second by setting a gentle but firm boundary – when random men I haven’t spoken to or discussed my life with offer themselves as a place to “let me vent” about or process my divorce with, it doesn’t land as supportive and it does not come across as kindness. Those messages come across as trying to create instant emotional closeness with someone you feel an attraction towards (whether personality-wise or physically) where there isn’t any yet and it feels more like a fast-track to emotional intimacy I didn’t ask for. It lands like an attempt to get close to someone in a vulnerable moment and feels a lot like exploiting their experience so you feel have their attention and that is highly unethical whether you are a practitioner or a potential cuddlee. I know the intention may be to connect and that’s what we are all here for, but vulnerability isn’t an entry point. It’s something that’s earned over time and not a romantic matchmaking facilitator. I understand wanting to start a conversation, especially if you’ve been through something similar, but that kind of intimacy isn’t something you fast-track with a complete stranger. Let’s keep things respectful and if we are a good cuddle fit, let that platonic connection build naturally. I appreciate the understanding.

I am Laura Leigh, your friendly neighborhood touch therapist.
𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻 : Please take a moment to introduce yourself! I don’t accept booking requests from people I haven’t chatted with yet. A short message about who you are and what you’re hoping for helps us see if we’re a good fit. 𝗠𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱.
NOW, for the good stuff . . . 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗿 :
I’m a certified somatic touch therapist, human connection enthusiast, and professional cozy-space curator with a big laugh and a soft heart. I have a knack for helping people feel safe and at home in their bodies. Don't let the youthful face fool you - I'm 36 and an ambitious cause-focused entrepreneur with a heavy emphasis on women's empowerment & trauma recovery. I’ve spent 15 years working in therapeutic spaces, with the last three focused on body-based healing and platonic touch therapy. My work is trauma-informed, consent-centered, and grounded in helping people reconnect with safe, supportive human touch.
Whether you're healing from abuse, navigating chronic or terminal illness, working through medical trauma, or just trying to reconnect with your body and emotions - I see you. You are welcome here. I work with neurodivergent clients, and I’m a proud, affirming ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. This is a space where your whole self can exhale. I live for inner-child magic. Think blanket forts, bright colors, bubble wands, and silly socks. I bring the giggles, the gentleness, and the weighted stuffed animals. Some sessions are filled with conversation and play, and others are about co-regulating in the quiet - hand-holding, hair petting, or simply being still with someone who’s fully present with you. Whether you need the big spoon, the little spoon, or simply a soft place to land, I’m here with warmth, gentleness, and an open heart. 💜
Outside of sessions, I’m usually barefoot, reading too many books at once, or making friends with someone’s dog. My neighbors would probably describe me as the friendly woodland creature who waves at squirrels.
𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀!
IMPORTANT : I’m currently in the middle of some major life transitions. I am moving between cities, so I don’t have an in-house space to host sessions at the moment. I am actively looking for a cozy new spot and am open to suggestions if you know of any welcoming, private spaces in your area. 💜 Thanks for your patience during this in-between chapter!

Every session is built around consent, comfort, and nervous system awareness. While each experience is unique, most sessions follow a gentle flow like this:
📲 Check-In : Before we begin, we confirm plans and address any last-minute questions so you can arrive feeling grounded and prepared.
👋 Meet & Settle : We start with a relaxed conversation to review boundaries, preferences, and anything that will help you feel comfortable and supported.
🌿 Grounding Together : A short breathing or grounding exercise helps us slow down, tune into the space, and ease into connection.
🤗 Gentle Connection: We begin with a sustained hug or calming touch to help your body settle into safe, supportive contact.
🤲 Session Flow : From there, we follow your comfort and preferences. This may include spooning, hand-holding, quiet conversation, resting together, or other nurturing forms of platonic touch. Your consent and feedback guide everything.
⏰ Wind-Down & Aftercare : We take time to transition out of the session slowly, check in about your experience, and make sure you leave feeling grounded and supported.
