Lot of cuddlers write they will do either guest or public I want to know what does public mean is it a public place or public park or something? How can you have privacy at a public spot?
For instance it can be a park, and some people are more comfortable with PDAs than other just in general. So privacy isn't much of a concern for them. Though to have a little more privacy the two can also meet somewhere more spacious, and distance from most people while still not being so isolated. While others don't want even a hug while others are looking, or it's because they don't want that with you. So they try to get you somewhere private and don't really want to be seen with 'you'.
Think outside the box young grasshopper. Cuddling can be done in parks and gardens. Beaches and lakes are nice also. You can cuddle on a train ride. Cuddle at the movies.

I think quite a few pros can’t host and so therefore they will offer to be a guest or to have a public cuddle. Please don’t take it personally, as if they don’t want to be seen with “you”, that’s kind of an awful thing to say (by a person who commented above…Or maybe I misunderstood what they meant?) In a quiet area of a park, on a blanket, when it’s not so hot out, sounds very nice. Movie theater cuddling? There are quite a few options. It seems.
I like the idea of public, it's good to have options, granted me personally I'm not good at the whole pda thing, but it's good to have options
When I first started to cuddle I only felt comfortable in coffee shops and ventured to hug and somewhat cuddle there. It’s possible. It was the only way I felt safe.
You can't have privacy at a public spot but some are fine with that. Some (only some) people want a lot of attention and a public cuddle can serve 2 purposes for them; they get attention from the cuddle partner and perhaps some people walking by.
@Hoodiesnuggles I can completely understand where you are coming from, I totally get meeting up first to feel each other out, find a place half between or something, I was sooooo nervous my first cuddle inviting someone to my house, but than again clearly I have a lot less to be worried about being that I'm a man, I'm not ignorant of the dangers this type of can bring. That's why we all go at our own pace, an what feels comfortable, an if someone doesn't like it, tell them kick rocks
Public cuddle options can include: Beach Movie theater Picnic + cuddle in a park
I've even cuddled on the couches at IKEA. There is enough other noise there that other shoppers can't hear what you're talking about. Change couches every 10 mins or so, so it looks like you're just trying them out.
PS. Another way to help increase privacy is to meet during non busy times if both people's schedules are able to align like that.

That don't sound amazing. Though only cause you told me to. In all seriousness, that's to me like level 100 of the I'm comfortable with you scale or something, though yeah it sounds amazing. I'd still be concerned about the bugs and mosquitos though, especially if there's a body of water not too far. 😂
@Lovelight haha you got me there, I did tell you didn't I lol. Yeah I agree it's definitely up there on the comfort scale lol. It had crossed my mind about the bugs, especially mosquitoes, blood sucking buggers. I remember back when I was teen I spent the night in a harvested corn field, all by myself and a meteorite came down in the field next to me, I tried to find it but couldn't, it was amazing.
If there were only fireflies and no mosquitoes,etc. I’ve never seen a firefly in Texas
@g_w_t_w Fireflies can be a rather beautiful spectacle, when I used to walk into town at 3 in the morning for a coffee, there was a little patch of tall grass an small trees and it would be filled with fireflies, it was amazing, an absolutely magical sight, something like a fantasy almost. Somethings are just so beautiful to witness.
Public cuddles are amazing. Fresh air and scenic views. Phenomenally relaxing. Granted there is nature and other humans about but still remains a healing & restorative process.

Honestly no one in public bats an eye or freaks out over a cuddle session in place. We each have our boundaries and expectations mixed with experiences.
We create our own cuddle zen.
It’s a personal preference but I LOVE 💗 outdoor cuddles but not in super hot or inclement weather.
Saves money on hotel/Abnb/hosting adds in the healing favors of nature nurturing.

@WriterGF well you can always settle for a back yard or if you have a pick em up truck throw a mattress in the back and head somewhere with a view

@TeddyCuddle45 That's true I think I would have a hard time finding someone to agree to it, though, way too many bears and coyotes around here.
I’ve done a movie theater cuddle which was a lot of fun. At a theater with recliners.
@WriterGF oh that's a good point, keep a can of bear mace handy lol, but yeah still kinda risky lol but what a story you would have after if a bear showed up lol.
@Morpheus now that's a good idea I didn't think of that, but the last time I went to the theater it was so expensive, I believe it was 30 bucks for a ticket.
When we went, I think it was around $20 a ticket. The pro I went with gave me 3 hours for the price of 2 since I was paying for the tickets. I didn’t ask for a discount, she was kind enough to offer.

I live in Houston, and in the summer if you want to cuddle at a park or outside somewhere, you're gonna end up in a puddle of sweat, dehydrated and sunburnt if you aren't careful! I always imagined "public" meant at like a movie, or holding hands and going through a museum together, etc.
@g_w_t_w 10 years ago or more you used to see fireflies all the time in Dallas. I haven't seen one in years though . I also remember that when you would drive between cities in the summer you would have a windshield covered in dead bug by the end of the trip. I don't see those either and still do a bunch of driving around the state.
