@DegSat07 to my knowledge, there is no insurance company that will accept or cover professional cuddling. Platonic cuddling is not a recognized, regulated, or licensed therapy. It should not be considered medical treatment in any way, even if it feels therapeutic or improves quality of life. Besides, even if some insurance company would consider covering, no professional cuddler is going to be able to bill them as payment has to be received before service. At best, you could potentially ask for a superbill to get reimbursed by your insurance - but considering pros are not medical professionals and there are not medical billing codes for their services, it's very unlikely to work.
Who knows, maybe in 20 years there will be research to back up potential therapeutic value of professional cuddling, it'll become regulated, and professionals will have to do training and licensing. But we're a long way off still.
So short answer: no, professional cuddlers cannot bill insurance for services, and even if they were willing to try they'd be breaking site TOS & their contract, not to mention it'd be a terrible, high risk business practice. AND you'd both likely be commiting insurance fraud depending on the jurisdiction.

Some providers ask me what type of cuddling I'm looking for and I have no idea how to answer. Is this information I can find somewhere?

How does CC verify complaints and how do they know they weren't made in retaliation? Had a session with a pro and she's banned days later. Why? Sounds like she may have turned someone down that asked for something extra and a few days later she gets banned. Just making sure good Pros aren't being banned while creeps get to roam free
@GroovyVibes35 just because someone behaved well with you doesn't mean they didn't break the rules with someone else. Mods don't just ban on a single accusation - they usually dig into site messages & data, screenshots, other corroboration. A lot of minor infractions won't get you immediately banned - it takes major rule breaking, or continuing to break the rules after warnings.
People who have been banned can appeal the decision - but the vast majority either never do because they know they got caught, or the appeal fails because the evidence still is against them. Basically, retaliatory reports happen a lot, but being banned because of them is unlikely - and if they did slip through the cracks, they can appeal.
But far more likely if a pro is banned, it's because they broke the rules. Period. May not have been with you, but it was somewhere and there was evidence.

Ok, that's good to hear. Just happy to know it takes more than one and some due diligence is taken, that sounds like it could help weed out retaliation reports.

What does “member is on a timeout mean”
@bluebelle a timeout is a temporary status placed on a user - usually for either breaking the rules in the forum, being reported as an untagged pro and thus being investigated, or a pro when their payment method fails after a session. If the first, it's usually a set time period (24 hours, 3 days, a week, etc.). If a potential untagged pro, they'll be reinstated if they either are confirmed as a pro or otherwise prove/guarantee that they are not charging for services. And if the third option, once the payment is made their status is reinstated.

Someone reported my account as charging for cuddles. I think it is someone I didn’t respond to. I don’t charge. It even says so on my profile. I have yet to meet anyone in person from here. This turns me off about this website a bit. I’m annoyed

The message you received is an automated message sent to new members informing them the difference between an enthusiast and a pro and telling them how to apply if they wish to become a pro.

The amount of time varies. There’s no magic answer. It’s best to do some reading here while you’re waiting. Especially the ⬆️ above comments. Also, In the Pro section of the forum there are pinned topics (at the top with blue tags) with a lot of good information. Especially important to read (a few times) the member TOS rules you agreed to. Knowledge may keep you safe when meeting only strangers. Best of luck!
