Where is everyone staying? Me and @TFWO are driving out Friday afternoon and have wheels with extra seats available to get to/from the park.
Can save some that are flying in the extra transportation costs around town if we are going to be at the same or near hotel.
We are looking at booking our hotel this weekend and would like to stay nearby some of you wonderful ppl.

Local folks or anyone coming by car that can do it: Bring chairs! Lawn chairs, folding chairs. Also we’ll need a couple of extra folding tables. I’ve got a good one but it won’t fit into my sedan, need someone with a little more vehicle room to transport it.
This is totally blowing my little mind.
@Babichev I have a Subaru outback that has a roof rack and a cargo hitch basket and tie downs. I can transport it for you

Help from locals,!!!!, I just went looking for campgrounds close by, not many. I found a casino, Draft Queens, the reviews say not a good part of town with trains running by day & night. I didn't want to end up to far away or in a dump !!! I have a 21' camper that is fully self contained so I don't need anything, just a safe place to park it. Can anyone recommend a place, or the areas to stay away from-?, Thanks in advance, really looking forward it.

You can often park a trailer overnight at a Wal-Mart, Cracker Barrel, or a rest stop, if there are any nearby.
@SunsetSnuggles , yes I do that when passing thru an area but I want to stay 2-3 days and be able to unhook my camper and drive my truck.

I don't know if I can make it yet but I'm definitely interested! I just want to say this is a great idea. Feels like a less daunting way to meet people from here. I'll update whether I'm able to attend or not ASAP!
@ronnirat11 - that would be great! No hurry, it’s not like you have to RSVP. If things change last minute you can just show up. It’s just nice to know who will probably be there so we can be prepared.
