I get migraines caused by sunlight. There's a specific tint, FL-41, which is meant to block the wavelengths that cause migraines. It seems to work quite well. FL-41 is a shade of rose. So I literally do wear rose-tinted glasses.
@Katota oh goodness no, dont put the cheese ON the apple pie. Try taking alternating bites - a forkful of warm pie, then a small bite of cheese after you finish the first. The contrasts of taste and texture are wonderful

When it comes to pairing with fruit pie, cheese is basically just a more firm/less melty version of ice cream° ~ And so soooo good!!
My favorite so far has been havarti draped over a piping warm slice... 🤤
°please note: I specified when "pairing with fruit pie" above. This is an important distinction because, IMO, in nearly any other culinary circumstance considered, cheese is not a reasonable substitution or replacement for ice cream.
