Quick Question: Is there a certain hotel most of the out-of-state folks are staying at?
I tend to stay off the Vegas Strip when I come into town - The Redrock Hotel and the Silverton are always a favorite of mine. I am flexible though and would not mind staying at a pre-chosen Hotel filled with Cuddlers, even if it’s on the Strip. 😄

At this point there are people staying all over. Absolutely nothing specific or a group of rooms purchased at one singular hotel. There are some staying close to the airport, out by the strip, FAR away from the back alley shenanigans, 🤣🤣🤣 Take a look through the thread so you can familiarize where the park is and such. We (the facilitators) are not making any plans EXCEPT the event that is taking place at the park.
If you want to scan through the St. Louis thread as well, you will notice that as the event got closer, there were some peeps that offered some room sharing options, some locals who were willing to rent out their space, and a general notion of people celebrating the freedoms of connecting without a lot of "finger wagging" or a "you must be a part of this because it is on the schedule" type of thing.
Putting out your intention of a joint road trip or possible hotel sharing is a good place to start and that way anyone who wants to join in on that kind of plan can do so. I am also sure that people will reach out to you in private messages if they want to explore the possibilities you've mentioned. Thank you! We really appreciate your excitement!

@TeaBabe the Excalibur is the least expensive and still clean and safe of on the strip. Do not stay at circus circus or OYO. You should sign up forbMGM rewards card. Free to sign up and once you sign up and download the app it should give you an additional 5-10% off the regular price and also give you a small discount on any mgm related hotel shows.
@sillysassy , unless something happens, I'll be there, I've pretty much given up on making friends here, this is not the town for that, so, some positive interactions with visitors for a day couldn't hurt.
If anyone needs any advice I'm available for that, I know this town can be... interesting, so us locals are here to help, lol.

As far as suitcases go..... I had to recently postpone a long awaited trip to the ocean. I felt very thwarted. Knowing that this is around the corner..... gave me a little less heartache. I think I will join @safensecure4u2 and @OhioMike and KEEP MY BAGS PACKED!!! (Although..... Mike, I don't feel like those are very good traveling shoes!! 😁😂🤣)
