After Strassman finishes an interesting introduction to the subject, and a less interesting middle part about out how difficult it was to get permission he goes into the personal experiences of subjects and it’s mind blowing. Not even what I expected at all. It wasn’t what the doctor expected either.

This has been a great read so far! I’ve realized how powerful your mind truly is and what you can accomplish if you’re in tune with your emotions, etc.

I am reading " Killers of the Flower Moon" by David Grann. I just started this book. So far, so good.
I've been slacking on my reading this year but have been doing a bit better since I got my kindle. This is my active read (I have a few others I've started and come back to occasionally) My goal is to make it through 300 books next year

@hey_nikky, it's a really weird but cool twist on a Sherlock Holmes mystery. I love it! I will let you know if the end lives up to my expectations.

A pleasant read
Nonfiction: "A New History of Western Philosophy" by Anthony Kenny. This is more like the book I wanted when I read "The Story of Philosophy" by Will Durant.
Fiction: "Heretics of Dune" by Frank Herbert. (Fifth novel in the original saga.) Incredible fictional universe.
