OG INPUT on Forum categories 😁

That's pretty difficult (would require a much longer time period than a week) and highly debatable, since many posts here get derailed before page 2.
    Or morphed into another topic.
Or merged into the bigger threads by the mods, like pro pricing or moved to another board, like pro requests..
Or the mods make posts "disappear."
Or a previous post is necro'd (is that the term?) so a new post isn't actually created.

The rogue mods always have on hand duct tape and gasoline.

  • OG means original gangsta since the 80's

Threads that are sexual will definitely “disappear” by being tossed into a forum graveyard that is not publicly accessible. Or sometimes I will temporarily move one there as I decide how the heck to handle it (
a certain meet & greet thread comes to mind).

I would love some input on this old thread.

I feel like a new category has emerged (very specifically RECENTLY TRENDING) that comes up frequently.

I.e INAPPROPRIATE VISITS TO MY PROFILE threads (defined as men looking at other men’s profiles when the offended user is decidedly “straight”)
    Also “Dear Diary” type threads
And the ever consistent “How do you do this?” and “Is this REAL?”

What are the other thread categories y’all are experiencing? Ready
 set

(It seems the trends are changing from when I first started but not much actually
)

  • "What's Your Favorite Color" thread should be stickied.

The "Dear Diary" thread is good for getting the voices in my head to stfu.

  • The resurrected zombie threads?

The Dead Horse Beating Playoffs thread

Decades ago I reported to a Director who was from the UK. I laughed out loud when he used the British version of “beat a dead horse” and said “flog a dead donkey” 😂

  • I will always respond to the endlessly charming @sillysassy.

Recurring/trending threads that I constantly see these days are “I can’t find anyone to cuddle pro or enthusiast” and “Meet and Greet Threads”.

The first one I mentioned ranges from the legitimate (they are in an area devoid of activity) to the ludicrous (a metro area teeming with cuddlers).

The second is a fantastic way to connect with other like-minded individuals that enhances your chances of finding a compatible cuddle partner.

I recently saw one of the first kind of threads at the same time there was a meet and greet thread. He was in Denver even as Denver was advertising their second M&G of the year. If you can’t find a cuddler in Colorado, I think introspection is in order.

  • @sillysassy yeah it seems maybe the topics have changed some. I feel like we have more personal topics like life experiences, health issues , idk just more personal stuff that is posted to mostly internet strangers Nothing of course wrong with it , just my personal observations . đŸ€”. I’m hoping the posters are getting the responses they are looking for.

The posts where the poster has just joined yet seems to know everything about CC are always an interesting read đŸ€”

I am curious to see how that new 4th tab
“The Lounge” progresses . Could be some interesting reads 👍

 “The Lounge” progresses .

I’m more interested in the 5th tab—“The Toilet”

It’s where you go read threads that were locked, derailed or just plain f’d up.

Why the Toilet? Because you will read these threads and just be mumbling, “Ain’t that some shit.”

How about dedicated “pro bashing” and “client bashing” threads (neither of which I want to read or contribute to).

They could become bio-waste dumpsters equivalent to the mega pricing thread that all other pricing complaint threads get rolled into so we don’t contaminate the rest of the forum with thatđŸ’©

Any thread beginning with “Why do pros
” or “Why do men
” would be candidates for being rolled into the mega pro / client bashing threads.
