@MeltMyWay He blocked a bunch of folks 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don't think he was acting in good faith from the very beginning, and it only got worse when he wasn't only getting back pats and cookies for voicing his opinion. He had quite a few people agree with him, and several people actively try to help him get things back on track, and it just set him off more 🤦🏻‍♀️

At least plenty of us got to see his opinions and behavior before he deleted the evidence. Hopefully others can gather from context clues.

Anywho, hope you have a good rest of your weekend as well!

  • Can confirm I’m also blocked yay

Speaking of fuel to the fire Melt?!?! Yes I blocked you bcuz I now have zero interest in conversing with you. Simple as that. Not sure why YOU are trying to continue a conversation I'm trying to let die out or why you are tagging me when clearly I'm not interested in this.

  • @weluvcuddles they seem to enjoy kicking a person when they're down. It's a form of gloating. They like being right. I prefer peace.

  • Oh cuddleferry your so pious. Literally was told I should learn how to read, I'm a creepy boundary pusher, and quite a few more passive aggressive insults and arm chair psychiatry. So wtf would I want to have a pleasant conversation with most of you? It's not about getting high fives but despite what you all think of me, it's about all your tones and ugliness. A lot of you have been quite nasty and verbally abusive. And now what, you want to gather clues? Ya go ahead, you want context? Well your the one who wants to gather clues to do what? More dog piling? What set me off was all the nasty retorts, and people saying you need to say this or that and apologize to everyone. Someone even told me I should have said I was just venting and when I told them that was actually my opening line, they had the audacity to then tell me I should have explained what type of venting I was doing. So everyone can leave me alone please because your community is toxic and I'm not interested in conversing with any of you no longer.

@weluvcuddles you didn't even bring me into this conversation until yesterday by bringng up my profile ... And as soon as I saw you blocked me I stopped addressing you and only tagged others and commented about the forum in general. And even now I'm only tagging you as you mentioned me.

  • Just an FYI, if ya’ll have blocked someone or if someone has blocked you, communicating with them in the forums can be seen as circumventing a block which can get you banned.

I was once warned simply for commenting to a thread that someone who had blocked me had started.

    If I were ya’ll, I would stop.

  • I'm just going to point out that people can unsubscribe from threads so that they stop receiving notifications. Just find the thread in the forum list, click the gear icon to the right of the thread title, and then click unsubscribe.

Also, the author of the original post can always ask mods to close a thread.

Continuing to respond on the thread just encourages people to engage - ignore it and it will naturally die within a day or two of inactivity.

  • @Morpheus I did try to warn him/them 😕 I've gotten into trouble for that myself even if I didn't realize I was blocked until I got the warning as the other person kept tagging and addressing me. I'm more careful now about who I tag and respond to, and when.

Thank you for trying to help. We may frequently disagree, but we both go out of our way to try to help newer folks and I respect that.

  • @Morpheus I'm trying to stop. I've even deleted my comments to try to ease things up, and blocked some people to disengage from them, which apparently only inflames these people more

  • @weluvcuddles maybe just walk away from the computer if you're this upset? No one is forcing you to read here or reply, ever.

  • Okay then, if there are no objections from the peanut gallery, or those warm fuzzy pros who wish to gather contextual clues funny to be scolded for what I said then scolded for deleting it.whoever moderates this forum please close this thread down if you see this message, TY.

  • @SpicyNSweet @LilyAnneNova it's not rocket science. If you are hosting, you provide the venue. That's the case whether it is a home, apartment, or hotel room. Why should the guest have to pay for any of that? If you are a pro and can't afford a hotel room, then maybe your business plan is the issue.

  • @cabellye exactly. If people want to be in business for themselves, then they need to work harder to make that money. Booking just two clients in 24 hours would pay for most hotels.

  • Lol why are you even talking to me? Nothing you're saying here is relevant to me. Thanks.

  • Also, I love how blasé you are about booking multiple clients, like last minute cancellations aren't rampant, leaving us out the session fee and without time to make up for it.

  • @SpicyNSweet

Isn’t that what you told me once upon a time lol jk
