Human touch is important and crucial for mental and physical health. Friends and family will describe me as a “giver” and that “I need to be needed”. My past experience and career relates to caring for my military brothers and sisters. Listening and helping resolve challenges is in my wheelhouse. Binge TV watching and sports? I can do that all day long. Walks and talks- or silence- is comfortable environment and I will adapt to the needs of others.
