Health and wellness is so important to me, I love music, good food(foodie.com) lol, walks, truly a nature baby. But most importantly I love cuddles, cuddles heal, a new born baby cries without the gentle nurturing kind cradle of its mother. And sadly😞 we are slowly becoming more and more devoid of this.
